Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Erika Toda!... Yuko Oshima... Nogizaka46!.... C-ute.... Masami Nagasawa!.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Few tidbits.... have no idea why the background color constantly changes, think Blogger keeps doing it.
New item on the right is the 'Featured Post of the Day', will be putting some fabulous oldie posts which some of you may have missed the first time around, all will be at least one year old.

Yui Aragaki: 'Tabiiro' website December Woman of the Month pics

Unsure if I'm going to continue recapping the "Nigeru wa Haji da Yaku ni Tatsu" drama. It's an okay series but that's it, just okay and really nothing special. The acting is fine in it but after two or so episodes it wasn't difficult to figure out how it's going to end.
Was planning on saving these pics for Gakky's 'Top Twenty Faves for 2016' post but that may not happen for another week or ten days as she'll definitely make the list. Tabiiro is a website devoted to travel and cuisine, they have a 'Woman of the Month' which is almost always an actress. This is Gakky's third time having that honor, their home page address is tabiiro.jp

  1. Yui is the ultimate prototype for mid 20s to late 20s female protagonist, in the same way Kento Yamazaki is the ultimate proto for teenage boy main leads.

Would you do a review/recap thing for "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo"? ("Saimdang"[mystery, historical] and "Entourage"[comedy] are pretty good as well)
