Welcome to my humble site....
Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Keyakizaka46... Yuko Oshima... Nogizaka46!.... C-ute.... Lee Yeon-Hee!.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!
Also these days(mid-2017) have many posts for Korean actresses, dramas and films that are worth checking out as over the years have become a much bigger fan of Korean dramas versus the ones from Japan.
Few tidbits.... have no idea why the background color constantly changes, think Blogger keeps doing it.
New item on the right is the 'Featured Post of the Day', will be putting some fabulous oldie posts which some of you may have missed the first time around, all will be at least one year old.

Yui Aragaki: 'Elan d'or Awards' ceremony pics and more
That top pic is from the "Dragon Zakura" drama which is one of my all time faves. Have seen it at least ten times but think it's been about a year since the last watch so another marathon for that may be coming up soon. Gakky's calendar is sold out, posted some of the months already which are two to a page and here's February's again.
Here's a mag spread which I think hasn't been posted which is from the December With.
Gakky appears in the Nylon Japan mag every month and probably ten times a year the spreads are exactly four pics, these are from the March issue.
Gakky's last drama 'Nigeru' did quite well in the ratings, personally it wasn't my kind of drama so aborted it after four episodes, it ended just as you thought it would after watching the first show. Noticed it's one of those dramas that viewers of it around the internet either really enjoyed or really hated, I was kind of in the middle. Glad to see it received high ratings but the problem is that means her next drama may be another sappy one like that one was.
On February 2nd she was at the 41st 'Elan d'or Awards' ceremony. Gakky didn't win an award but was the presenter in the 'Newcomer' category. Her co-star Hoshino from the drama won the award which is why she was there to present it to him. Plenty of pics here from the event and after them is a video of it.
