Welcome to my humble site....
Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Miyuki Watanabe.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Erika Toda: subbed screenshots of Shoten in Michiru no Mi no ue Banashi episode 1
For post #1,000 there was no doubt who'd be the star of it and luckily subs for episode one of Erika's new drama just came out to make it an even better occasion.
Erika plays the role of Michiru Furukawa, who works in a bookstore in a small city near Nagasaki, she's 25 years old and still lives at home but is engaged to be married though don't think a date has been set yet. However she's also having an affair with a married man from Tokyo who is a book salesman who in this episode was visiting her store and on a whim Michiru travels back to Tokyo with him to enjoy a one night stand as he won't be coming into her city for two months. Before she left she had faked a toothache to leave work early but a few workers gave her some money to buy them some lottery tickets for a special drawing of 200 million yen which she purchased just before leaving for Tokyo. And that's where the episode ends as not too much happened, more of a show introducing the main characters plus it's only a 29 minute show, easier to watch these shorter dramas but not as much happens then, hope because it's a shorter show they don't rush through the story too quickly. First episode was a solid watch but way too early to give any kind of judgement on it though it seems that it's going to be a real interesting watch and Erika really looks super in it even though she plays just a ultra normal working woman, least on the outside she appears normal, to end off like we will with every look at the episodes are a bunch of terrific looking Erika screenshots from the show.
