Erika Toda: Shoten in Michiru no Mi no ue Banashi episode 7 screenshots
May need a scorecard to keep up with all that's going on, it's not complicated but for only a 28 minute show it's unbelievable how many different things are happening in Michiru's(Eika) life. Last episode ended off with Toyomasu wanting to run away with her but she had wanted to break up with him and let him no shortly after there was no way they could get back together. The problem that Toyomasu was having, actually mean to say problems was that he was caught embezzling money from his company, money he had used to wine and dine Miichiru to no end, his wife was also a bit leery of some of his actions and excuses and had left him taking almost all their possessions with her. Upon hearing this Michiru agreed to give him 5 million yen and then to get out of her life, they agreed to meet at her apartment the next day but during this conversation he also had said some strong words in a threatening manner to Michiru, once again her friend Takakura was there but instead of killing another person she ended up calling Takei to let him know what was going on.
Takei is turning into one mysterious character, he's not the kind goodie two shoes that we thought he was through the first 5 episodes, he learned of the meeting where Michiru was going to hand over 5 million yen and though it wasn't shown and hasn't come out yet what happened Toyomasu never made it to meet Michiru the next day, looks like Takei got to him first. It'll probably be revealed next episode what happened but wouldn't doubt if Takei has disposed of Toyomasu, seems anyone who gets the least bit in the way of Michiru just may become the next victim! And to top that off right at the end of the episode Michiru got a call from Takei telling her that Takakura has committed suicidce, she was still so distraught after the accidental death of Kyutaro but with the way Takei has been action unsure if it really was a suicide.
Just three more episodes to go and as fantastic as this drama has been to this point with all the loose threads hanging it promises to get even better, really can't wait until the next show.... sometimes on these screenshots of Michiru's it's not her talking but her husband in the future is saying the words, guess it's some sort of recap of her life that he's narrating.
