Miori Takimoto: Ikemen desu ne drama episode 5 screenshots and recap

Miyuki Imori as Shigeko Sakuraba, Mio's aunt

Not much of a secret anymore for Mio as more and more people are finding out her true identity. It was only a matter of time until Ren found out, think he had an inkling for a while but now has finally confronted Mio with the truth. Also Nana has let on to Ren and Mio about knowing who Mio really is, Nana can be a bit of a devilish person and uses what she knows to make Ren go out with her. Ren doesn't dislike her but in no way does he want to end up dating her, actually they really don't date but Ren makes it appear that way when they're in public, he strictly does it to save Mio and the band.
Now that Ren knows that Mio is actually a female his true feelings about her come out and he does admit them to her. He's really fallen hard for her and now they're acting almost like a couple but really not too much in the public eye as everyone else still thinks Mio is a guy. But Ren is not the only band member to have fallen for her, Yuki still thinks she's a guy and is still having problems with why would he fall for another male, his character does a decent job with that storyline, actually he's quite humorous at times. On the other hand Shu is not a happy person these days, he's known right near the beginning that Mio is actually a female, he gets along with her the best of all of them and really feels they should be together. He's upset when he notices what's going on with Ren and Mio which eventually leads to some strained relations with the band. However as much as Mio likes Shu and she does quite a bit it's simply on a platonic level, she gets along with him the best and they have great times together but never thinks of him being anything but her best friend.

Poor Mio though, what does she know about boys and relationships coming from a convent? She's developed some intense romantic feeling for Ren but doesn't know how to handle them, it's all foreign to her and she's one mixed up young lady. To make matters worse for her Ren somewhat confesses they way he feels for her, her confusion has now reached a zenith level. She at first has said no to him, they can't begin seeing each other that way, least for a while because after all her twin brother will be coming back to band in 7 weeks. Reluctantly Ren agrees her with her but his feelings remain as do hers, then again so don't Shu's and Yuki's feeling for her remain.
Also during this episode his birthday occurred, his estranged mother forgot like she has every year but Mio found out and tried to make it a special day for him. She did make it a special day as it Ren admitted so but that may have been a mistake on Mio's part as now Ren is in love with her even more, things are really getting complicated for Mio.

And that brings us to another conclusion for an episode, nothing too much in this one but everyone's feelings for Mio just keep increasing by the minute it seems, she is such a sweet person it's easy to figure out why. Though most of the plot revolves around a band we don't see them too often practicing or performing, would like to have seen more of that but it still doesn't take anything away from this drama. Almost halfway through the recaps and if you've read them all up until now thanks, I know I'm not the most interesting of writers, probably Miori screenshots which are keeping you going through all the posts and can't blame you at all for that because even as a guy she is truly ultra kawaii.
