We left off last episode with Chou TV and Dai-Nippon TV fighting over who is going to produce and air the documentary on Chocolate TV's long time variety show host, Yoneda. The main difference is that Chou is only going to budget 50 million yen for the show while Dai was going to double that figure which became moot when Yoneda decided to have Chou TV do the documentary.
However he actually did that for a reason as he also didn't want to have a shabby show about his life because of some cheap honchos at Chou TV, he then revealed to the press the main reason for his retirement and that was because he has stomach cancer. But Aramaki the president of Chocolate TV has learned the Chou TV special on Yoneda will be airing in ten days giving him an idea.
That idea was for Dai-Nippon to air Chocolate TV's documentary and air it two days before Chou TV has their show on Yoneda, with him letting the public know about his sickness it should be a huge ratings hit. The execs at Dai agreed with him and told him to proceed with their documentary with the original budget of 100 million yen and as is it turned out everything worked out perfectly for Chocolate TV.

The episode ends there but the workers at Chocolate TV are worried about the future of the station as they did quite a bit of work for Chou TV, now with them helping their rival out are all future projects for them going to be cancelled? We're left hanging with that worrisome situation and don't think there would be a sequel but if there was the ending would be a good starting point of there was one.
In conclusion I really enjoyed this drama, would have liked if the episodes were longer but 28 minutes is a good length as never once did any show get boring or drag, except for though some of the second episode which was only a so-so show. Will give this a rating of an 8.5/10, would really recommend this show and it looks like it's now easier to get the raws, the subs you can find at D-addicts. Ending off once again with some ultra superb screenshots of the utterly adorable Saki but like the previous post have also included some screenshots for the rest of the cast as it may also help you follow the story better from this episode.
Sorry again if these reviews weren't as long as usual but was really pressed for time tonight and if they didn't get done now would have put this down the list again, really needed to finally get it done.
