C-ute: Few recent tidbits....
Group really looks vampish from last night's NTV 'Halloween Special', they performed seven songs along with their new single "Mugen Climax". That'll be single #30 and it's coming out this Wednesday. C-ute's last 15 or so singles have all reached the top five yet they've never once hit the top spot for the weekly rankings, aren't too many chances left to achieve that.
Would imagine that there will one more single that will come out next Spring, if any single was going to top the charts it would definitely be their final one. A new album would also be a nice addition to their catalog, not another greatest hits collection but one that has many new tunes as they haven't had an album for close to a year now.
C-ute's group posts have never been too popular here, it's a shame as no J-Pop group has put out better singles then they have over the last five years. However two member's solo posts are usually popular, especially the ones for Maimi and it's easy to see why.
Airi is also a bit popular here and can see her staying that way even after the group disbands, here she is from the December issue of Ray.
The group has been doing quite a bit of promoting for the new single as they've appeared on so many music shows lately, was checking their schedule and they've had very few days off from performing this last month. Currently the gals are doing their Autumn tour which is titled "Compass", here's a few more cards and such for the tour.
This is one of the covers for the A-side of the new single "Mugen Climax"....
.... but there's also two other songs on the single. One of them is titled "Singing ~Ano Koro no You ni", here's the cover for that song followed by it's PV.
I have a bad case of Maimi addiction, there's not a single woman in the world that's more attractive to me
ReplyDeleteMaimi as the 'world's most attractive woman'.... you'd have no argument from me(or anyone else) on that one.
