Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Miyuki Watanabe.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Erika Toda: A little of this and that- some recent happenings....

The above is a new CM for SOYJOY which came out on September 30th, promo pic from their site plus a few screenshots.

Granted I do quite a few(too many) Idol posts here but if I  was only allowed to do one post a day then Erika would be that #1 choice. I've really missed her these last few years, for a brief stretch in 2015 she was very active but these last few years are the opposite of what she once was which was the busiest actress on the planet. Might also add in the hottest actress too and think there's a few out there who may agree with that, let's face it without Erika then this blog would not be in existence.

Not as many new things as we would have liked but think there's going to be a few more posts with new happenings in the next few weeks. The "Death Note: Light Up The New World" has it's premiere next Saturday and at it's first screening this week Erika looked simply jaw-dropping....

One new mag spread which is from the October issue of Spring.

Beside the DN movie Erika will be in another film coming out in November titled "My Uncle", don't know anything about it as I don't think her role is too big. She's also in a Thursday night drama which airs on Fuji-TV, series is called "Time Patrol OL" and it airs at 12:35 am. So far I can't find any of the two episodes that have aired nor any kind of promo on YT but will keep the hunt up. Looks like an interesting show as it's set in the 23rd century and revolves around a trio of Office Ladies.

This is it for now, this was a spur of the moment post even though I had said to expect one this weekend. Final thing is a tremendous video that came out two months ago for LEPSIM, long CM for them which is fine as we can never get enough of Erika.
