Sigh, we really need more Mirei pics like those.... actually the reason we haven't seen more of her lately is that she may be a bit distressed about her new (non) hair style!
Mirei has appeared in two dramas this year but hasn't done much else. Her first show "Sumika Sumire" wasn't too bad though only posted about the first two episodes. Didn't watch her second one which ended last month, "Sukina Hito ga Iru Koto", it was one of those lighthearted romance dramas which I tend to avoid.
Surprisingly there's been no starring roles for her in films this year. Last year "Heroine Shikkaku" was a huge success as it hit #1 at the box office and stayed in the top ten for I think eight weeks. Figured because of that there would have been many new films this year and once again was mistaken.
Mirei used to appear at so many promo events and she always looked so superb at them, wonder why she hasn't been doing them this year? Try not to go too long between posts for her hence this one, not enough things today but of course Mirei looks fabulous in all of the pics. These are brand new promo ones for Angel Heart watches and she's been promoting those watches for them for some years now.

Not many recent mag spreads either and unfortunately the pics aren't huge but Mirei shines through in this set from the October issue of Baila.

The 'Girls Awards' are holding their Fall/Winter show this weekend, Mirei almost always makes an appearance at their events so expect to see her there. Hopefully will be able to do a post for it and here's some older pics from their shows. After them check out a new Mirei CM for 'Y! Mobile', it's a long video as it also has the 'making of' for the CM.
