Welcome to my humble site....
Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Miyuki Watanabe.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Nogizaka46: 2016 magazine scans #68 and 16th single news....
The lineup for the group's 16th single was announced on Sunday night's 'Under Construction' show and admit I'm surprised who was chosen as the center. Truly thought that Nanami would never have the honor but kind of glad she finally made it, there's now been eight members who have a center. There have been a few rumors of her graduating but hopefully they're just rumors, really can't see her or any other member making it big solo except for perhaps Mai. However the title for the single hasn't been announced yet so can't give too many details yet, the untitled song is being released on November 9th.
Will have more Nanami news through the week, she's hosting the 'Girls Locks!' show so I'll find out what her reaction to finally being a center is. Here's the full Senbatsu lineup, big increase in members as they've gone from 16 to 19 members for this single, they've never had more than 17 up until now. Marika and Sayuri I. are back after being Undergirls for one single, glad to see Mai Shinuchi get promoted as I've always liked her and that'll mean we'll be seeing much more of her then.
For the first time Kazumi is in the front row, Asuka got dropped to the second row which is shocking as she was the center for the group's last single which is their biggest seller to date. The other members in the front row are who you would expect.
Haven't done a mag spread post for five days so they've added up, so many have two posts for them today and the second one follows this one. Erika is naturally in the front row for the new single and I had thought she was going to be the center for it. Think she's always been in row #1 and she starts us off with a fine set of pics from Young Jump #44.
Another spread of Erika's which is from the November issue of EX-Taishu. She has the cover so it's strange that the spread isn't much bigger.
Nanase is also someone who will always be in the front row, her latest photobook is still selling well as it topped the Oricon charts again last week. Will give the sales figures later on this week, these are some outtakes from the PB from issue #20 of Manga Action.
Huge set of pics to end this post, still surprised Asuka isn't in the front row as she's become so popular this year and may have been featured in more mag spreads than any other member in 2016. Final spread is from volume 117 of Marquee.
