Juice=Juice: "Next is You" single tidbits....

Don't think this will be as long as the previous 'single series' post but there still are many terrific items for any Juice=Juice fans and think they've acquired a few here recently. This is the third in the series and there will be one coming up for their "Dream Road" single along with their new single which is coming out at the end of the month.
That will be their 12th single but am not going to have any of the singles before 'Wonderful World" be part of the series, couple members were a bit young for their first seven singles. Hoping though that this series can go on for a long time in the future, to me it's hard these days to beat their tunes and the last two years don't even think C-ute has topped them.
"Next is You" was the theme song to their "Budokan" drama, both the single and drama came out on the same day which was February 3rd, 2016. In the drama the group's name was Next You. Back on October 26, 2015 the group held a press conference for the drama and it was also the first time they performed the song.

The single reached the third position on the Oricon charts in it's first week of release, three other singles have made it higher. However to date it's the group's best selling single with the total close to 50,000 copies sold, their popularity and sales deserve to be so much higher. Here are some of the covers for the single which was their tenth one overall and seventh for a major label.

Akari is originally from Osaka, she treaveled down there at the end of January to promote the single with Tomoko.

JJ never appears in enough mags, hopefully there will be a few spreads for their new single. This one is from SPA! promoting the drama and single. In the drama there was a storyline in one episode which was of the group doing two gravure spreads which had disappointed them in the show as they wanted to be known for their music. Swimsuits they wore in the show were these.

Much bigger spread promoting the "Next is You" single from the April issue of Top Yell.

Made it to the end and of course we have the PV for the single. What's really nice about Hello Project videos is that they're subbed in English.
