Masami Nagasawa: Few recent happenings....
Only the second Masami post since April and don't think she's ever had a stretch like that here, especially when you consider that she's had about 240 posts so far. First few months of the year Masami was a bit busy, not so much since April. One reason for the lack of posts is me as there were two events that took place in July which I passed over.
Back in May Masami cut her hair quite short and while she looks fine without long tresses thought it was cut too short and never thought I'd say this but didn't think she was looking too good. Bit it is starting to grow back, perhaps because she turned thirty back in June she thought of having a more mature look. This year began well for Masami as she had the lead role in the "Cabaret" stage play, she's appeared at many events this year but none of them came close to topping the way she looked at the press conference for the play.
Have a 'Hall of Fame' for the women who have been #1 on my lists but so far there's only been four that have been enshrined, once the total hits five will do a post about it. Masami is naturally in it and she was my #1 back in 2015 which left her ineligible for future lists like the other three.
So far there's been zero dramas for Masami this year and there's none planned for the Autumn season, at one time she used to appear in 2-3 a year. Masami is now thirty and wondering if she's thinking about settling down which most actresses tend to do around that age. Many do but have also noticed quite a few don't and tend to work even harder once they're in their thirties.
Just a few new happenings for today though they do total up to be around forty pics. The ones here are from an August interview she did for Numero Tokyo.
Much bigger set of Masami pics here from the September 7th issue of Tokyo Walker.
Masami has the lead role in a new film titled "Sanpo Suru Shinryakusha" aka Before We Vanish.
These pics here are from a screening which took place ten days ago.
Today Masami and the main cast were at the Shinjuku Picadilly for the film's premiere. It's a science fiction film and don't think she's ever appeared in one before, most of her films from 2005-11 are really worth a watch. This movie will also be featured at this year's Busan Film Festival.
Plenty of Masami pics here from today's premiere, looking much better as her hair is finally growing back. She also has the lead role in another film which is "Uso wo Aisuru Onna" and that will be released on January 20th. After the pics have a video of the premiere.
