Son Seung-Gook as Woo Min-Young.... college student with the ability to read minds
Go Yoon as Noh Jin-Woo.... NCIS agent
Jeong Eun-Ha as Song Seon-ha.... Ha-Ri's roommate, coffee shop worker and college student

There's a few more cast members who haven't seen screen time yet, will add them in when it happens. The Spring/Summer seasons wasn't been that strong for K-dramas, too many romantic shows. This one is also in that genre but does have a bit of a sci-fi twist to it plus it involves a terrorist attack so thought I'd take a chance on it plus17+ minutes an episode it won't consume a lot of time. One other drama I may be starting on soon is "Life on Mars" which just finished it's run, much prefer edgier shows over romance ones and let's get to the recap.

These recaps should be shorter than usual ones, though this covers the first two episodes the total running time was only 35 minutes. Also not that much happened as far as the main storyline goes and I'm not 100% positive of what it is. That top screenshot shows a terrorist attack has just occurred killing 59 people, one of them was the noted doctor/scientist Yoo. He developed an advanced device which allows someone to read a person's brainwaves or basically what they're thinking.
That device seems to be in the hands of one of the stars two main characters who is Jin-Woo. He's currently a college student who had Dr. Yoo as a teacher, what hasn't been explained yet is why he has the brain reading device which is called for short MRI technology. Jin-Woo uses the device to listen to other's thoughts and walks around the streets of Seoul having a good time doing that. He also runs a side business using the brain reading device by doing small jobs such as finding out if a husband is cheating on his wife, he was hired for one such assignment in the second episode.
The other main lead is Ha-Ri who is played by Ha-Young. The two met at a park where she was trying out for a small part in a drama. When Jin-Woo saw she was about to be attacked he jumped in to save her not knowing she was auditioning for a role. Since that moment Ha-Ri can't stand the sight of him and the two do run into each other often at a coffee shop where she works part time. Both are also students at the same college and after three years of attending the school bump into each other for the first time in the second show.

Ha-Ri's roommate is Seon-Ha who is in the middle screenshot. She also works at the same coffee shop plus is a student at the same college. While Ha-Ri can't stand the sight of Jin-Woo Seon-Ha finds him so adorable, needless to say she doesn't have a boyfriend and neither does Ha-Ri.  If all this is seemingly boring you're partially right as in the first two shows we were mostly just introduced to four main characters.
The fourth main person is an agent who works for the NCIS agency which I presume has to deal with national security. The man's name is Min-Young who is a young chap and it doesn't appear as things have been going well for him lately at work. His director has been leaning on him heavily for some mistakes Min-Young has made recently and to atone for those mishaps has been put in charge of a new case.
Min-Young needs to find something immediately though it was never revealed to us what it may be. I'm thinking it's the MRI brain reading device that Jin-Woo has and by the end of the second show the pair haven't met each other. Also just thought perhaps Dr. Yoo gave Jin-Woo the device as he feared for his safety and in case some tragedy occurred he wanted it to be safe, for now no other person knows that Jin-Woo has the device and can read their brains.

Naturally there have been many details of everyone that haven't been revealed yet which is fine by me as it keeps your curiosity level higher. One is from the middle screenshot above, seems Jin-Woo has a code name of Lotus Effect, is that just a name used by a friend of his or is there something else going on which we don't know about?
There were two key incidents that did happen in the show and you can see one of them above. One night Ha-Ri was returning to her apartment after working her shift at the coffee shop. As she turned a corner there were two dark figures in an alley, one raised a hand that had a gun in it and shot the other person dead. Ha-Ri didn't make a sound and quickly hid behind a corner. After waiting a few moments she peeked back to the scene and to her bewilderment both figures were gone, even the person that was shot dead.
The shooting incident has somehow come to the attention of the NCIS agent Min-Young. He visits Ha-Ri the following day to get info from what happened as she was the only witness. Before she could explain to him what happened she received a call from her agent as she was needed to be an extra in a drama so Min-Young was left sitting there without answers which made his second supervisor also disappointed in him. Not sure how he knew about what happened, Korea does have a lot of street camera so perhaps that's how.
Already up to the final scene in the second episode and Ha-Ri is closing the coffee shop. She hears the front door open but tells the person entering that it's closed. But the man just stands there silently, when Ha-Ri turns to face him she notices a knife in his hand. We can see his face and it's the same man that pulled the trigger in the dark alley. As this unknown killer starts toward Ha-Ri the show comes to an end in what seemed to be an okay conclusion.

Not an overly edgy show yet but it does show some promise, the ending of the second episode does set up some interesting future possibilities. Would think the action will definitely pick up as after two shows we're already 1/3 through the series. Am also recapping one other show but will try to finish this up quickly and perhaps this week, as usual many screenshots to help you follow the story better.
