Big lack of Keya posts the past few months though I should have a few coming up Sunday and Monday. But even when there have been posts it seems as though they just center on a few members, about six or seven the past four months have been getting all of the mag spreads and so many others have been forgotten about.
Two that come immediately to my mind are Akane who is above. To me she could be the hottest gal from Keya and she looks so darn sultry at events but don't think she's scheduled to be at this weekend's 'Girls Awards' show. Haven't seen her in a mag or at an event for too many months to count, we need to investigate what is going on!
But the member I've missed the most is Nanako, she's not my #1 member but she could be if she appeared in more mags or at events. She's another member who hasn't been in a mag since who knows when and like I said just a few members dominate the mag spreads. Haven't watched any Keya shows lately but Nanako is always one of the highlights of them, wonder when the next season of 'Bingo' will be starting up?
That bottom pic reminds me so much of the departed Seira from Nogi. Have never had a group birthday post for Keya or Nogi but perhaps I will for November as five celebrate turning a year older that month including the gal at the very top. This weekend eight members, four each from Kanji and Hiragana, will be at the 'Girls Awards' Autumn/Winter show, the group will also be performing.
In the past more than four Kanji members would take a stroll on the catwalk, wonder why there was a decrease? Will have a few posts from the show, the eight appearing are in the bottom pic and it's been way too long since we've seen any new pics from the unbeatable W-Watanabe duo.
Don't know if you've heard the news but Yui I. will be graduating, no exact date is set yet but it'll be soon and think she's the first of the first generation members to leave. Not sure why she's departing as there's no way she'll be as popular solo then if she stayed with Keya. Was thinking that even though so many Idols are popular it's just in a small world such as Keya or J-Pop fans, most who don't follow music would have never heard of her which is probably over 95% of the population. That's not just about her but for most Idols who graduate these days. Least before her graduation she'll have a photobook which will be released on October 3rd.
It'll be Yui's first PB and in this first spread she's joining a member who had the third one for Keya. That's team captain Yuuka whose book sold quite well, haven't seen any recent figures but think the total is over 100,000 sold which is very impressive. This duo who I don't think have ever been paired up together have today's first set which is from the July issue of Entame.
Even Keya's maids get a spread before other members do, once again what's up with that? Second set features this quite tall gal and is from volume 4 of Platinum Flash.
Yuuka is someone who has been growing on me for a while, she just may have the most attractive face of the Kanji members. She has today's final spread but there is one other thing after it, this solo set where she also has the cover is from the September 17th edition of Young Magazine.
Lastly is a new CM featuring five members. It's for Lotte, Neru stars as a detective in it as it's titled 'Neru's Casebook' and it is kind of entertaining. The members are promoting a Lotte candy bar called Cranky and they should use their detective skills to find a few of their missing mates....
