Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Miyuki Watanabe.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Nao Kanzaki: Nao's 'Top Twenty of All Time Faves' list.... #3!!!! part four

Finally reached the end of the Maimi posts for today, what made it difficult for me was that I wasn't planning on doing these posts for another day or two but just had the urge to post about her. Though this 'tribute' was smaller than when Maimi finished #1 on last year's top twenty list these four posts must have between 250-300 posts.
For this last one will have a selection of mag spreads from 2012 to 2016, just her solo sets. Maimi did appear by herself quite often but usually the C-ute members appeared together in mags but won't have anybody but today's honoree in these pics. Don't know what was so special about June 2012 as the first three of seven sets are from that month, there was no DVD or PB during that time. First off is this superb set from the June GTV, most spreads back then were a bit conservative.

There's actually nothing wrong with having conservative spreads as I may prefer Maimi in those kinds of pics, this set is from Girls!.

There's three spreads from UTB, this is the final set from June 2012 and sadly noticed that Maimi doesn't have any covers, wonder if she's ever had a solo one?

Another Maimi UTB spread and these are from their January 2014 issue.

Ooops, as usual was wrong with my counting as there's four(!) UTB spreads for today and this terrific set is from their October 2015 edition and was promoting the "Nobody Knows 23" PB.

On to the final two sets which are both from 2016 and to me they're the best of the bunch. Toss up to which set is better but may prefer this one from the November issue of My Girl.

Then again it's hard to top this sweltering spread from the October 2016 edition of UTB, it featured outtakes form Maimi's final photobook "Hitori no Kisetsu". Never knew Maimi had any CM's but found an old one from 2012 for Shiseido which you can view after the pics.
