That bottom pic may sadly be one of the most fitting ones you'll ever see. We've known for a while that Nanase will be holding her final concert with Nogi on February 24th, she officially graduated on December 31st. If any fans have noticed there's been such a slowdown on her posts as there haven't been nor ever will be any new group pics plus she's slowed way down on her activities or at least postable ones.
But the even sadder news is my current #1 Nogi member and perhaps my number one ever is that Misa gave an announcement on her blog yesterday and it's been the worst J-Pop news I've heard since C-ute said they were disbanding. Misa's blog post said that she would be graduating(!) from Nogi next month, her final appearance with them will be a handshaking event on March 31st. This was the pic she had with the announcement.
Misa also said her final concert would take place on March 19th though it appears it'll be a solo show and not one with the other Nogi members. Hope that's not the case but perhaps that means her last concerts with Nogi will be one of the ones from February 21st to the 24th where they'll be performing four shows for their seventh birthday.
Won't go on about the news as I'd prefer to have a solo post soon for her. But guess there's been some signs of the graduation as she has appeared in so few magazines the past six months plus hasn't been at a Nogi event for a long time. What it also means she won't be getting a graduation single like two other members had as Nogi's next one probably won't be until April or May.
Know it's not the end of the world but women like Misa are far and few between. She's such an interesting and smart person plus very few can top her sultry looks. She did finish in the #11 position on my all time tip twenty list so you know what a huge fave of mine she is.
Know Misa will be somewhat busy as she does have a stage play beginning soon plus she's still a host of a radio show along with being a model for Bijin Hyakka. But the list of Idols who disappear after graduating is endless and seems very few remain in the public eye as a solo performer, hope she's one of the exceptions. Think she should ask her old mate how it feels to be an ex-Idol....
Time to move on but it's quite difficult to type through these tears, sigh.... At least one member has some good news and of course that's Erika. Sales for her second PB "Intermission" have remained steady as it sold over 16,000 copies in it's third week out to bring the grand total to 222,000+. Mai's "Passport" photobook is still selling somewhat well as it ranked eighth on last week's chart to bring her total to 318,000, where is her next book?
There hasn't been any other Nogi activities the past few weeks except for photobook news, perhaps they stepped aside for a bit as Keya's next single is coming out in twelve days. Do have a few new Nogi cards though and it's a shame there's no other new pics of Miona.
On to the mag spreads and while there aren't a slew of them most are fairly huge. For a long time haven't posted about Yuki as I thought she was too young but she will be turning nineteen shortly so thought I'd have a few of her spreads here and there as she does appear in so many mags. This first set features her and is from the February issue of UTB, she had the back cover.
This post has been zipping by so don't want to leave to check on this. Don't recall having this next spread before though it could have been posted, even if it was why not have an encore view. Had no other Asuka sets for today so this one which may or may not have been posted is from the January 24th edition of Weekly Shonen.
Kazumi's second photobook is coming out in ten days, her first one was so overlooked yet to me it's been one of the best Nogi books to date. Here are a few more promo pics that are from the Twitter page set up for the PB which was shot in Finland.
Kazumi has the next spread and while she may not be that bodacious to me few Idols these days can top her alluring looks, she would be third on my list for all time fave Nogi members. Hope there will be more spreads for the PB and this set is form WPB #8.
That bottom pic is incredibly alluring in it's own demure way. Final spread for today is quite massive and it's broken down into a few sections. Few members are featured in the March issue of Bubka and first off is Kana.
More Undergirls from the mag with this next set featuring Miria and Ranze. However there's many more members than them and you can see their names on the pics. Bit of a mix between third generation gals and Undergirls who were well represented in this mag.
Perhaps this issue was dedicated to the Undergirls as these are some group pics.
Shiori from the third generation shared the cover of the March Bubka with a big Nao fave. That's Hinako and glad to see she's back to being quite active, her first photobook was an okay seller as it's sold over 50,000 copies in the six weeks it's been out. This is the final set from the mag, post started off sadly but least we ended on a good note.
