Yua Shinkawa: (too) Few recent happenings....
Said too few in the title which may be a misprint as there are around fifty new pics. Have really liked Yua for a very long time but even more so in this past year or so, no fave has risen up more than she has this last year and she just may be in my current top five. Need to watch more Yua dramas but then again say that about so many others, just wish there were more than 24 hours in a day. In her dramas Yua always has a certain calmness and classiness about her which makes even the worst shows a bearable watch. So far there's no drams or films scheduled for this year but it is only February.
Seems I'm not the only person who has become a massive Yua fan, her posts these days are quite popular and her last two spent a lot of time in that 'most viewed posts' feature on the right. Last Yua post was four weeks ago which means there aren't a huge amount of new things but she's turned into one of those gals I can turn to on slower days. Actually today isn't as there's seven more posts I could do but don't have much time to spare tonight. May have had these pics in her last post which are these ones as on December 28th Yua celebrated her 25th birthday.
That above pic wasn't in her last post and as you can see it's from the Non-no site. Yua always has plenty of superb new pics at their site, so many could devote a whole post to them. These are some current NN pics and she's been an exclusive model for them close to five years now.
Yua usually has good sized spreads in their mags, these are from their March issue.
Yua has been a spokesperson for the Japanese lottery since last Summer, think she's appeared at 3-4 events for them already. Her latest appearance took place on January 30th, she and her cohorts were promoting a special Valentine's lottery where there will be a billion yen worth of prizes. Top prize will be 300 million yen or in American currency that would be $2.732 million. Seems kind of low, how many U.S. lotteries have been well over a hundred million?
This final batch of pics are so superb, these are the kind I like from Yua as she always looks so classy at events. On February 4th she attended a special 25th anniversary event for Samantha Thavasa that was held at the Shibuya Hikarie. Few other faves were at the event and you'll be seeing some of their pics soon, highly recommend the video after the pics which features most of the gals at the show.
