Hard to believe that this is the first group post for this year, wonder if I made a mistake tagging their last post? At the top is a video with clips of the group performing at Saturday's 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show which was held at the Pacifico Arena in Yokohama. It's the first time I can recall the group playing at one of those shows but perhaps they're trying to get a bump for their last single's dismal sales.
Don't know if dismal is the right word but compared to the sales of the group's previous singles it is. "Tokonoma Seiza Musume" was released on February 20th, after four weeks total copies sold is just shy of 235,000. While that may be a solid figure for most groups it isn't for NMB, it's their second lowest seller since 2011 and four of them have topped 400 K in sales. There's little doubt that Sayaka departing is the major reason but to me most of the current members are worth following.
Miru was the center for the single and she's been my fave member for the past two years. Have quite a few superb spreads for today but sadly none of them feature her but have had two solo posts for her already this year.
On tot he spreads, have so many for today think I may hold back a pair for another group post, as I mentioned honestly had thought there was at least one post this year. Why not start off with Karin Kojima who is a member I don't know much about, this set is from the February Entame.
There's three Entame sets in a row and all are from different months. The gal in their March issue is Nagisa and have posted many spreads of her as she looks A+ in most of them.
Final Entame set is from their April edition and it features a pair who often share a spread. The duo is Sae who is the second hottest member in my eyes, she turned 22 on March 30th. Joining her is another fave who is Akari and she'll be hitting the age of 23 in August.
Think these days Yuuri may be the group's most popular member. Wouldn't be surprised if she's the center for their next single and this set is from the April 9th issue of Flash.
Am just going to hold back one spread, five for today should be enough. This last set follows my pattern of having the top one of the post the final set. Yuuka's last few spreads have been so dynamite, this one could be the best to date which is from the March issue of EX-Taishu.
