There's definitely been a lack of Nogi posts lately as this is their first one in close to three weeks. But think the days of Nogi being the most popular gals here may be a thing of the past as this blog has been more popular than ever and think many fans may not be as fond of the group as they once were, that includes me. Not that I dislike them in the least as obviously I'm still a fan but with so many graduations, especially of some huge faves, just seem not to follow them as much save for a core of members who I still like quite a bit.
One other minor complaint is that as a group Nogi isn't as much fun as they once were. There's no doubt the main reason is because of $$ which isn't the member's fault but management's. Don't know if many fans recall but Nogi did three Halloween concerts from 2013 to '15. None since then and what a shame as those were such entertaining shows and the members really looked good dressed up ghoulishly. Especially Hinako who will open and close this post, she really seems to get into the mood of the holiday and would love for her to ask me 'Trick or Treat?'!!!! Er, few other members also seem to enjoy the holiday....
Sigh, looks like Count Nanacula just can't get enough of my blood.... 😱
Was going to go through the older posts getting Halloween cards until I realized it may take hours so just grabbed a few of them. Haven't noticed any cards for this year which is odd and wonder if any were released?
It's been a while since a Mai post and hasn't she slowed down on her activities this year? She does have a film coming out next February so hope that means we'll be seeing so much more of her again. Do have one new mag spread plus some pics from the last 'Girls Award' show so am working on a post for her which should be coming up very soon.
While no Halloween shows once again Nogi did travel to Shanghai last week where they performed two concerts on the 25th and 26th. They were the first foreign group to perform at the Mercedes Benz Arena and it seemed like they did a much shorter show as they only performed 26 songs, usually their concerts have 35 or more.
No recent group events nor are there many modeling pics which is rare. Least they're of Minami who we don't see enough of and these are from the With Online site. There's five other Nogi members who are models for them but for some strange reason none had any new pics.
On to the mag spreads which just total three. There are a few more but as I've mentioned won't be posting about any of the fourth generation members who to me are just too young. First off is the pairing of Asuka and Nogi's other Minami, the duo have always seemed to be good friends and this set is from the November issue of Bubka.
I thought the "Zambi" drama was a decent show, wonder when the next Nogi series will be? Yuki had a large role in the show and she seemed like a fairly good actress. She has the second of today's spread that's from the December edition of Maquia.
Nogi's mag spreads are always superb but as I've mentioned many times haven't they become ultra conservative? Final set for today features Hinako from the November issue of Brody and to me it looks like part two of her August spread she had for them.
