Erika's last post was three weeks ago and mentioned in it how I had a feeling it would be her last one for 2019, glad I was mistaken once again. This is her 13th post in ten months which is the highest total for new happenings since 2015. The following year was kind of quiet for her but Erika has really been busy for the past 2+ years, doing many posts about her makes for an extremely happy Nao! To me she's really put her peers to shame 😢 the past few years as it seems she's left Gakky, Manami, Masami, etc. in the dust, what have those once ex huge faves been doing these past few years save for an occasional drama?
At one time always led off with older pics as to me Erika looked so much better around the turn of the decade. But no more as her pics for this year are so much better in my opinion, she has that aura about her which is hard to explain for to me there's very few hotter women in the world than her. Erika will never be the most popular gal here even though this blog is named after here, her posts get a solid amount of views but they never hit the top ten list for most views. Really only two new happenings for today which total 25 or so pics. But do have a pair of mag spreads which I'm almost 100% certain have never been posted before and I should be locked up for not having them! Guess I can wait until Toma finishes as I'd really love for her to put the cuffs on me....
On to those two older mag spreads which were missed and both rate an A++++. Erika was the cover girl for this first set which is from the June 2017 issue of Tokyo Calendar, it's also a web mag.
Another missed 2017 spread which is from the July 13th edition of Tokyo Walker Plus. Weren't many posts for her back in 2017 which is how they were probably missed.
Erika is currently in the morning NKH asadora 'Scarlet" and she has the lead role in it. Very surprised there's been no news of it being subbed and can't think of the last time one of those morning dramas weren't subbed as they're so popular. Checked the ratings which have been between 19 to 20% after eight weeks but they usually go up after the halfway point. Have two more mag spreads, this one is older but only by three months and is from the August 15th issue of Shukan Bunshun.
That second to bottom pic is truly out of this world, whew!!!! Final spread for today is brand new and from the December issue of Baila, another cover for her too.
Hmmmm, another inane idea popped in my mind which is that I'm going to try very hard to have a special X-Mas theme post for her. That idea came from this final set of pics which were from an event that took place on November 12th though they really have zero to do with Christmas. The event took place in the Dotonbori section of Osaka, she hails from nearby Kobe. Erika was appointed as the new ambassador for 'SUNAO' which is a Osaka based food company, the event was also to promote 'World Diabetes Day' which took place on November 14th. Have a good amount of pics but don't think it was a major event, perhaps because it wasn't held in Tokyo? So far there's no CM's out for 'SUNAO' though she will be appearing in some. So after the pics have a fabulous one for Lancome that came out in April, had never seen it until now and it's a must watch for fans.
I have to agree with you. For a while I thought 2009-2012 was her best era looks wise, but this year has blown the previous years out of the water.

Perhaps it's because I'l also getting up there in age but Asian women do look so much better when they hit the age of thirty. There's many beautiful women too in their late thirties who also look terrific and some in their forties do too.
ReplyDeleteWould love to see another Erika photobook or some sort of huge pictorial. Post of the Day as her huge pictorial from WPB-Net that came out in 2009, that year was when her final PB came out.
