Hope what I'm about to say makes sense. Have done seventeen of the twenty positions for this year's faves list, hope to have it done in about a week. But of the seventeen no fave has had a post since their list one was done, in other words their last post was the one done for this year's list. That's extremely odd that so many haven't had one as a big advantage to making the list was how busy they were during the year. Hope that means many activities are on the horizon but then again December is the slowest month of the year for happenings.
Now the ice is broken as I can't say none of the seventeen haven't had a followup post. Miona has become one of my more dependable faves these days as in the past ten months she's had twelve solo posts, shared four with another member plus has been in at least ten group posts. Miona finished eleventh on this year's list which seems like the correct position, had she not been so quiet from early July until September she would have been a few spots higher. She's really become popular around here as most of her posts hit the top ten for being so heavily viewed and for so long that wasn't the case.
That pic is from Miona's first photobook which is one of Nogi's best ones. She has a second one coming out but there's been very little info about it, could be because another member has a PB coming out on January 21st. No date has been set for her book but thinking early March would be the case and what that means is there should be plenty of Miona posts for the next 3-4 months. A few advance pics came out but that happened two months ago and nothing since then.
Didn't plan on having a Miona post for a couple of weeks at least as her last one was done just twelve days ago. But all of a sudden have accumulated over sixty new pics in the last few days, with a few oldies the total for today will be over eighty pics. Have a few recent pics here from her 'Recon' radio show that airs on Wednesdays, not as many pics as usual.
With Christmas coming up have.... wait! What's this, somehow someone hacked into my blog again with a message.... hmmmm, seems like that's something I should be saying to her.....
Well, as I was saying before I was rudely interrupted but that's okay seeing who the source was that have some older X-Mas cards that had never been posted before, few are five years old.
Miona's "Hot Gimmick" film that was released in June should be coming out on DVD soon, she had the lead role in the movie. Have seen her in two Nogi dramas and she could be the group's best actress. What I really want to see is another drama from the group, lot of members appear in outside series but think there's only been two group shows. One was "Zambi" which was a decent watch and got so much better as it went on, there probably won't be a season two but even if there was Miona's character may not be in it as she died at the show's conclusion.
Can't have a Miona posts these days without pics of her eating! There are so many of them as it's her fave pastime and where does she put it? Most of these are brand new pics and there are so many out there she could have a PB of just her gouging away!
There were two Nogi events today(!) so guess there will be another group post coming up much sooner than I thought. Miona was at one along with four other members and it was to promote volume two of the 'Nogaki' photobook which comes out tomorrow. Have posted so many Nogi photobooks yet for some reason don't think volume one was ever done, will check after this and if it wasn't will have it soon.
Volume one was an immense seller as it's sold over 340,000 copies and everything the group touches these days turns to gold. It's a true group photobook as the members took all of the photographs , this volume has an advance printing of 200,000 copies. Now that I just described what the PB is about am now fairly sure the first one was posted but will check anyway, of course Miona's promo pic was of her eating!
Lot of pics so far but don't go anywhere as will be ending off with a pair of terrific mag spreads. This first set is from the January issue of With, she's an exclusive model for them and is a part of the Nogi OL campaign, she's rapidly become the group's most popular model at the site.
Miona didn't have the cover for either spread but did have that honor for two December mags. She's also an exclusive model for ar and her spreads for them are always terrific, actually can say that about all of her mag pics and these are from their January edition. Of course there's no video from today's event but may have a better one after the pics. It's a behind the scenes one for Nogi's new CM for Meiji, it's a group video but one that you should enjoy.
