Nogizaka46: Another noteworthy post for.... Yuki Yoda!!!!
Tomorrow Nogi will release their digital single "Route 246" so hope I can have a post over the weekend with a video of it. The group will be performing it on the 'Music Station' show but too often groups don't perform the whole version of the song on that show. There is a short video on YT that has about ninety seconds of the tune, need to hear the whole thing before I can give my judgement but it did sound a bit too techno but who knows how the whole song sounds. Back in February and March did three solo Yuki posts which were mainly for her second photobook. Really had planned on just having those three but they have proved to be so immensely popular, so much this will be her sixth regular post of the year and did have another for the 'Nogi Cinema' drama.
May have to say that Yuki is now the most popular gal I've been posting about, as long as you viewers enjoy her posts so much will continue with them and will have another in two weeks. She'll miss qualifying for the top twenty faves list as you need to be 21 in age and Yuki will miss by five months when it's done at the end of the year. However anyone with six or more posts is eligible for the 'Most Popular' list which is determined by how many average views a person's posts get. Right now Yuki is running away with that honor, her first five posts have an average of 1,080 views which is 250 higher than second place! And as time goes on that average will keep rising, last year #1 had an average of 1,105 for their posts and that figure will be beaten by quite a lot.
Won't say who #2 is in average today but she should have a post tomorrow. Quite a few things for today though not a massive amount as Yuki's last regular post was done less than twenty days ago. Since then there's also been a post for her breathtaking second photobook which at the moment has been the most popular post for the second half of the year.
In two weeks Yuki's first film "Grand Blue" will be coming out. So should have a post then for for it and would think there would be some interview pics, few more mag spreads and really hoping for some sort of event(s). Should be a few new modeling pics too as she's an exclusive model for about five sites, these are recent ones from the Bis magazine site.
But you will notice a change in these pics as we go on, those above were probably taken in May. These here are slightly older ones but not overly so as most of these Nogi cards are also from photo shoots from this year, as you can see the top and bottom ones are for her May 5th birthday.
If you read her last post you'll know what change I'm talking about. On June 20th during the second day of the live 'Nogi 46 Hour TV' special Yuki had her hair cut so in the future when you see pics of her with long hair you know they were taken before that date. It was her first time in about five years she had it cut and that was my fave segment from the special show. Some screenshots from it but there's well over fifty in that previous post.
Either way Yuki looks pretty darn good, really don't have a preference for the length of gal's hair. Unsure if there will be an official premiere for the upcoming film but there was an event held today for a photobook release and you may see those pics tomorrow. So let's go back a few months, to February 29th to be exact and the 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show that was held at the Yoyogi National Stadium. What was different about the show is that it took place before no audience.
Kind of miss seeing Nogi members at events as I usually really like the way the members look versus mag or modeling pics. Will end off with a pair of mag spreads and as you'll notice these are brand new as it seems photo shoots are back on. Shame this first set isn't bigger which is from the September issue of Maquia, you know the pics are new because of Yuki's hair.
Do have a third spread but will hold on to it for her next post as there's usually bonus pics that are released after that mag comes out. Yuki is often the cover girl for the mags she appears in and has the honor for today's final set that's from the July 29th edition of Weekly Shonen, once again you can tell the pics are brand new. Shame the mag rarely has any videos of their photo shoots so after the pics have a new CM for 'Cup Star Noodles'.
