Nogizaka46: 'Nogizaka 46 Hours TV' with Miona Hori
Am going to have a Miona solo post in a day or two, was going to save these screenshots for it but ended up taking 61 of them so definitely needed to make this a separate post. This may have been the the most enjoyable of the segments I've seen to date but I think Miona is more talented as a Host than an actress though she is quite good at acting. She did emcee quite a bit of this special show and she seems to have a knack for being a host which may be a future job for her?
Broken Subs did this segment and at one time they were known as Depressing Subs, don't know why they changed their name and site address. Miona's segment was titled 'Denshidai' and in it she played the role of six females with an age range of sixteen to 29. All of the characters were quite different and they all were interviewed by some man who we never saw.
Miona's segment lasted about sixteen minutes with each character had about two minutes of being interviewed along with an intro on who they were. First up was a gal named Raku and will say that Miona played every female quite well, for some it didn't seem she even needed to act. Raku was a 29 year old who didn't like to do much of anything save for eating and watching TV. Did learn a pair of new words in this two minute segment which were himono and teishoku. That latter word refers to having a full time job.
Michiko was Miona's next character, she was a sixteen year old high school student who was a model student and worked six nights at a convenience store. This gal was the complete opposite of the above character and really hated the manager of the store.
Behind door number three(?) was Sakurako whose claim to fame is being a popular Instagrammer. This 22 year old had 2.8 million followers and of course she has to takes pictures and document every activity she does. Some of these characters were quite funny and wish the segments could have been a tad longer, this and #5 were my two faves.
Over halfway through Miona showing us her talents as an actress and how far ranging she can go. Yuuko is the name of this next character who hailed from Okinawa and is such a peppy young gal. This female loves to dance and create new ones, though she dresses like a country girl Yuuko thinks she's fashionable and often would go to Ginza.
I liked this next character the best, don't think Miona is an uppity type but she played the role perfectly. That role was of Mio who is the snobby daughter of a billionaire. Her father spoiled her rotten and she was talking about a new condo that her father bought her. At her new residence there's nine housekeepers working there(!) with one of them being 98 years old. This is one I wish could have gone on longer or perhaps shown us what her condo looks like.
Miona's final character was a seventeen year old student named Horippi and this is the person it appeared she didn't need to act for. This role fit her perfectly though it wasn't my top segment, this Horoppi was a snotty girl who is horrible at school and just recently got into rap. She's a cellphone junkie and that act really infuriated the interviewer which made her glad as she hated adults.
At the end the action shifted back to the studio where Miona was the main host. Like I mentioned in the beginning she has such a talent for running variety shows and knows how to get everyone involved. However she does have one quirk which so many Idols have and that's covering their mouth when they speak, personally can't stand it when an Idol does that. Especially someone like Miona who is just so darn attractive. This was the fourth segment I've recapped, have at least one more coming up and hopefully more than that. Plenty of screenshots so you can see a bit more about what each character was like.
