Risa Watanabe: Her majestic and definitely historical post #38....

 

 What I mean by 'historical' is that this officially will be the final Keya post before they become Sakurazaka46 on October 14th. Did a post for her on September 27th saying that would be the final Keya post but did one for another member earlier this week. But really felt as that Risa deserved to have that last post as she's my number one member and is close to that position of all Idols. This is her third post in five weeks as the pace has picked up for her though not as many pics are those other two. But do have about thirty new ones plus 20+ that haven't been seen here before so as usual it should turn out to be decent post. This weekend will be doing the third and last preliminary list for this year's faves and these three posts should really help out Risa immensely. She had dropped to seventh on the last list but can see her jumping back into the top five on the new list, had Risa not had a long stretch of inactivity she would have been in the hunt for #1 again.

 That stretch of inactivity wasn't of her doing but more of what Keya didn't do. It's true the virus had an effect on most things in Japan such as J-Pop groups but not for too long as Nogi and Hina released singles this year plus did so, so many other activities. Will hold back any judgement on what's going to happen to Keya but some things just don't make sense such as not them playing their older songs after their final show under the Keya name? Seeing as how they've been on such a long break as a group hope there's no gap in activities and start them immediately such as having a new single plus I'd like to see some other sort of other variety show or even a drama.

 

 Three days ago Keya's final album was released which was a greatest hits one. It is an impressive collection with 44 songs plus has some DVD's on the deluxe editions. Five of the songs are new but am disappointed that my fave tune from them "Wareta Smartphone" isn't on the album and just on one of the DVD's, it was done by their subgroup named Aozora to MARRY.  Sone promo pics for it and is that one of the worst covers you've ever seen?!

 That bottom pic is for Keya's final two concerts taking place next week, of course there will be no audience but it will be streamed live though not outside of Japan. Wish I had some current pics of this pair but these days Konoka from Hina looks so much like Risa, so much that you'd think she was her slightly younger sister.

 Any time you can be compared to Risa it's one of the largest compliments a female can receive!!!! On to the regular pics and wanted to talk about Keya a bit as there's never any group ones but hopefully soon after the name change and may have another for Hina over the weekend. As in all of her posts have some 'Keyakize' app game cards and wonder if the name of them will be changing? Have probably posted 250 of them but that's not even half of the cards and will continue to include them in posts.

 One other thing I'm hoping for is that Keya will be having some group events soon. It's true no fans will be allowed but that hasn't stopped others from having them or at least have a large barrier between them and the audience. There was none for the new album but I'm sure there's some sort of products they could promote such as their new AEON credit cards,  perhaps their new uniforms(?) and such. Another tradition in most solo posts is to have some older event pics when they're aren't new ones and how I wish there were. One thing we can depend on is Risa looking amazing at fashion shows and this batch is from the September 8, 2019 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show, it was her second catwalk stroll.

 Am thinking there may be 2-3 more Risa posts coming up soon which should please her fans and her last two posts have been her most popular ones for 2020. One reason is that she has a pair of spreads coming out next week, one may be a group set for Flash but it may not be. The other spread is for Bubka and Risa will be their cover girl which is an honor she has often. Last post had the top four advance pics but many more have some out since then, that bottom pic.... gulp....

 She also had a terrific spread in her last post, had Risa been as busy as some Nogi members this year she may have had #1 for 2020 sewed up. Will be ending off with her being the cover girl of another mag and I say keep them coming(!), this set is from the October 21st issue of Weekly Shonen. For the second post in a row there were no pics from the Non-no site but have a new video following the pics from them and Risa looks too darn perfect to describe....
