Ayami Nakajo: Few recent happenings....
Was really hoping that this would be Ayami's fifth post of the year. She's going to have another in about ten days so the two would have made six for the year and she would have been eligible for the 2020 fave's list. However this is just her fourth post so unless a miracle happens once again Ayami won't be on any kind of faves list. That's a shame as I do like Ayami quite a bit and she's someone I could see making the top ten. Lot of the blame may fall with me as there was such a long gap between posts and sometimes it's so difficult to have posts for everyone that'd you like to.
Forgot to check how many views Ayami's posts receive but I've always thought she was kind of popular here which kind of surprises me. She's definitely not built like a gravure model or Idol which is one huge reason I like her so much and perhaps that's also why she has many fans here. This is her third post in a little over two months but do have close to sixty new pics for today. Am holding a few back and they were hopefully going to be for her sixth post which as mentioned sadly won't but will still have that Ayami post the weekend following this one. Have many pics but not too many different activities, this first batch are new, like all of the pics, from the GU clothing site.
Ayami still does quite a bit of modeling though not as much compared to years ago. She has a pair of new CM's out for Pyuan but unsure if one will end the post as there are also two events.
It's kind of odd I overlooked it but going through Ayami's bio found out her father is from England. November marks her third anniversary being a model for the CanCam magazine, she had the cover for their October issue though had to share it.
Hopefully there will be more spreads for her next post, these are from Cancam's November issue.
Good news for Ayami fans as she'll be in two dramas next year, it's actually one but will have two seasons. I like her as an actress and while she appears in many movies she's never been in enough dramas. Ayami has the lead role, which she often does, in the film "Flight on the Water" which will be released on November 13th. She plays the character of Haruka who was an excellent athlete but was in an accident and is paralyzed from the waist down. On October 21st there was an event held for the movie and I truly like the way she looks.
There was no screening of the movie at the above event but there was today which is November 4th. The occasion was the 33rd 'Tokyo International Film Festival' and from what I gather cinemas can operate at 100% capacity in Japan these days. This was the first showing of the film and it took place at the EX Theater in Roppongi Hills. Ayami was naturally on hand along with two other castmates. There are some videos of the event will have the movie's trailer instead after the pics.
