Nanase Nishino: Seemed a few remembered who she was though....
.... not a huge amount of viewers as usual. Seems Nanase has joined a group of about five other gals who have a devoted fan base but it's shrunk since her Nogi graduation and that does make sense. Once again will say 'where has the time gone?' as it's approaching the second anniversary of her departure. Last year 28 Japanese women had six or more posts here, out of them Nanase was the 18th most popular. Based that on how many views their posts get, the average for her 2020 posts was 545 views but did that a few weeks back so of course it's risen. That's a decent average and like those other five faves her posts are just so consistent with how many views they get, seldom less than 500 but also it's seldom when they go above 600.
It's rare when Nanase goes over a month without a post but it did happen, she didn't have one from mid September until December 22nd. So this is her second in sixteen days and though I didn't think it would happen now my $$ is on her to become the first fave to reach the 400 post milestone. One other Nogi grad will too and that mark will never be reached again after those two do it. Not many new things for today as that last post was quite recent but do have three super duper mag spreads and will hold back a fourth so there won't be a big gap between posts.
In a few recent posts have briefly mentioned how my second 'Top Twenty Faves of All Time' list would be done in the Spring of 2022. Had never thought about where Nanase would end up on the list and to be honest really have no clue. There's no reason she shouldn't be in the fight for #1 but then again she could easily end up around tenth. On to the pics and here's some new ones from the 'Gout Temps' talk show, January 16th will mark her second anniversary on the show. These days they do a bit of promoting for women's clothing to begin a show off.
Nanase opened an Instagram account last year but doesn't upload all that many new pics. Guess that should have been expected as she may have been Nogi's worst blogger and would do about 3-4 posts a year. But she did upload a pair of new pics a few days ago and they feature a huge ex-Nogi member of mine. That's Yuuri and those two became such good friends while they were in Nogi and have continued that after their graduations.
Was just looking at Nanase's posts and to my amazement she hasn't appeared at an event since December 2019. Knew it had been a while but didn't realize there were zero in 2020 and I've always liked the way she looked at events. Also fashion shows and the next 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show will be held on February 28th, be nice to see her in attendance but have a feeling the odds are against it. Will go back in time for some TGC pics and these are from their March 2016 Spring/Summer show, miss posting about her mate more than any other fave, sigh....
Let's get to the trio of spreads with the first one being from the December issue of Non-no. Not many pics at their site so won't have any for today, the spread I'm holding back is from the January issue.
Nanase remains extremely popular in Japan as she's the cover girl for all three spreads, she does have a very big female fan base. This set is from the January issue of Goethe and I really like these pics, especially the manga ones and Nanase is such a fan of them plus is quite a decent artist.
Before we get to the final set wouldn't say that Nanase is a lover of the spirits but....
.... she will be in another Asahi beer CM very soon. Thought it was going to be out by today but just checked and it won't be released until the 26th. As you can see she'll be with another massive Nogi fave and wouldn't we like to see them do some more projects together?
Know I certainly would and bet so many other fans would too. Last batch of Nanase pics for today is this fabulous spread from the January 27th issue of Weekly Shonen, bottom two pics are from the photo shoot. Have about a three week wait until that Asahi CM comes out so after the pics you can check out a different one that came out in September for the brew.
