Marie Iitoyo: When all else fails, we can always....

 

 .... depend upon Marie for a post! Not a weekly series though I wouldn't mind it, she's had a post six out of the last seven weeks and is now at a pace to top the record of 26 posts which she set last year. The next 2-3 days should be a bit slow for posts but I expect the last week or so to be quite busy. Am working on a Nogi second generation post which you should see by the end of the week plus have a few others partially done. Also Nogi announces their 27th single lineup tonight plus there's a bunch of mag spreads featuring my faves coming out the final week of April so should be a busy stretch soon.

 It's always a busy stretch for Marie and where does she find the time to do so many activities? Besides modeling she appeared at three events last month, hopefully another one by the end of this month too. She was also a guest host on the 'ZIP!' show in February, has a film coming out next weekend and has appeared in many recent CM's. But more than that she has another drama beginning on April 29! Last year Marie was in three regular dramas and a mini one, so far this year she's appeared in two. She'll have the lead role in that new drama which is titled "Hinekure Onna no Bocchimeshi", of course I'll be recapping that. It'll be airing on TV-Tokyo but not much info at the show's site yet and bet she's busy filming it as there was no gap between her current one and the new series starting up.

 Will have more info on the new show for her next post, hopefully can have another before the month ends. Marie's current show is the second season of  'Kimi no Sekai', episode five airs tonight and the finale next week. Few posts below this one are the recaps for the first three shows of the second season, will have the final three sometime early next month. Marie's character is named Kanae who was a college student when the Golem virus hit Japan. She's become a ruthless killer and also an ace Archer, her character at one time was so quiet and timid, some screenshots from the third show. Sigh, she also had her first ever romantic encounter in a drama, sigh....

 Really not all that many new pics for today but as I mentioned at the top you can always depend upon Marie for a superb post. She's finally becoming a bit more popular here and can't understand why her last post isn't in the top ten for views this past month, it currently has eight more than the post in tenth place. Here's one last batch of IG pics from the set of 'Kimi to Sekai' whose filming is now complete.

 In these posts have been including some older pics which most haven't seen. That's because Marie's posts until mid-2020 were not popular in the least and figure the majority of viewers have never seen most of these older ones. But also have some terrific new pics and as mentioned where does she find the time? Once again no new spreads so will go back one year and the April issue of Oggi.

 Marie's pics at the Oggi site always rate an A++++ in my book, these are all brand new ones from the past week. She's also a model for the More magazine but no new pics the last ten days.

 At this point there's little doubt Marie will be #1 on my second 'All Time Top Twenty Faves' list when it's done in about a year from now, can't do those that often. Am hoping at least one huge fave will give her a battle but do I really want that? More fabulous new modeling pics from the PLST site.

 I have searched high and low for her 2020 movie "Stare" aka Shiraisan but have had zero success which really is surprising. It's a horror film, Marie had the lead role in it and to me serious roles are what she really excels at. Final batch of pics are from the film's premiere which took place on January 10, 2020 and also have a few promo pics for it. There was also a mini birthday celebration as five days before she hit the age of 22. After the pics is a short video that I had never seen before that's of the making of the film and promoting the DVD.
