Nogizaka46: The großartig 'Erika Ikuta post' #15....

 

 Was planning on having the monthly second generation post for today but that didn't work out. But there are two weeks to go in April so have a good start for it and it should be done next week. In a few recent posts have mentioned when I want to do a post for someone nothing will stop me!!!! That's kind of the case for this post and it's so hard to believe how few solo posts she has, by the title it's obviously fifteen. But Erika had 205 posts coming in which is the fourth most of any Nogi member but as far as solo posts go she only ranks ninth!

 Another thing that may be hard to believe is that this is her first solo post since July 2019 and her sweltering "Intermission" photobook. That's the eighth most viewed post here and also the third best selling book of all time. Have a feeling we'll never see another PB from her as how can you top something like that? You can't and though the very top pic isn't from the book it's still my #1 Erika pic, close to being my number one from Nogi too.

 So though this is her first regular post for mag spreads, cards and such since January 2019 it may be impossible to say Erika hasn't been Nogi's busiest member, least she often has things in group posts. From January 2017 until last July she appeared in ten stage plays(!), not minor ones either and is usually the main character in them. Slight break from plays since July but she'll be doing another version of the 'Les Miserables' play starting next month, she won a best actress award for the 2020 version of the play.

 But the last two months Erika has been doing more regular work that other Nogi members do such as having a few mag spreads and even appearing in her first non-Nogi drama. That's a prequel to the "Kakegurui" drama which has been one of my top series from the past three years. It began on March 26th and ends tomorrow, two episodes aired a night. Do have the first six episodes but am waiting for it to be subbed, hopefully it'll happen and will recap the show if it happens. Some promo pics from the show along with some from a March 22nd event to promote the drama.

 Erika has been with Nogi since day one which was August 2011, you'd think she'd be inching close to the thirty year old mark yet just turned 24 on January 22nd. That's also the date of another huge Nogi fave and luckily no graduation rumors have started for either one.

 Can't have a Nogi post with no cards, this batch is from the group's 'Always With You' series and the first two are for their ninth birthday concerts that took place in February.

 Those bottom three are actually group ones that came out in March to celebrate the Sakura blossoming season, I really like the cards just above those. Know most prefer seeing more skimpy Erika pics but outside of her two photobooks there are none which is the case for most '46' group members. To me she looks ultra superb dressed in a Kimono and is a model for a pair of sites, have plenty here for Nishizen with half coming out last July while the others are brand new, they're mixed together.

 Ooops, almost forgot to add this batch of pics in which are from a Modelpress interview done three weeks ago for the "Kakegurui Twin" drama.

 Have three mag spreads but all are way too tiny but least the final one has some superb pics. This set is from the April issue of Big One Girls along with her best Nogi mate.

EDIT: Heard the sad news about five hours after this post was done. That's of Sayuri announcing her graduation and before long I won't have any members to post about....

 Erika used to be a model for the With Online site but only did that for about five months. This second mini spread is from the May edition of Non-no, would like to see her be a model for that mag.

 Think what I'll start doing is hold off on including Erika's pics in group posts and save them for solo ones like this. Will end off with what most fans will enjoy the most which are some overly alluring pics and when J-Pop fans talk about the hottest Idols don't think her name is mentioned enough. Erika has so many videos on YT but most are of her appearing on music shows and forgot to add in what a talented pianist she is. So after the pics have a promo one for the new drama which is kind of long but being such a fan of the series I enjoyed it.
