Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Miyuki Watanabe.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Kazusa Okuyama: A (too)little bit of this and that....

Another medium sized post but as I need a bit of a breather was taking tomorrow off and didn't want to go two days without posting. Actually doing slightly smaller posts has paid off for June as I thought this would be like February and April where there weren't too many things to post about. Have mentioned that it seems every other month is busy or slow, June was lined up to be one of those slower months. But luckily it hasn't turned out that way and the most important thing about the posts from the past month is that most have been for my bigger faves, mini post so needed to stretch things out a bit....

Kazusa is quite a big fave of mine and has been since her first intro post back in February 2018. But was just looking at some past stats and she's actually a bigger fave with you viewers. Last year thought Kazusa was the fifth most popular gal I post often about but she ended up being second(!) and had forgot all about that, in 2019 her posts drew the seventh highest average. Haven't been too many posts so far in 2021 as this is just her third but all have come in the last three months.

Let's get on to things and while there's not all that many new pics have a few oldies to pump the total amount of pics up. Kazusa turned 27 on March 10th, unlike many women who hit that age still does many gravure spreads and to be honest doing them is why she's become quite popular. Kazusa's acting career is becoming much busier plus she had a Saturday radio show on J-Wave. Here's the link to an interview with the Rice Force site from June 2020 but had missed it back then: Rice Force

Few more oldie pics, though many for today may be from years back quite a few had never been posted before. What started Kazusa on her road to fame was being a Sugo Race Queen back in 2015/16 and she does look a bit different these days or should I say better.

Few recent Instagram pics and she's never been known to post many of them.

Above is the link to a video of Kazusa promoting her 2021 calendar and until today never knew about the video nor that she had a 2021 calendar, slipping in my old age. It wasn't a regular event and she hasn't appeared at one since last July. So there being no new event pics will go back to November 2019 for when she was promoting her 2020 calendar.

Will end off with a pair of new mag spreads, this first set from the June 8th issue of Shukan Post is way too small though the second one is much larger.

Even though Kazusa is slowly inching up in age she remains quite popular and is usually the cover girl for when she appears in a magazine. She has that honor for this final set of pics which are from the June 22nd edition of Young Champion. No video of this photo shoot but do have a short one after the pics from Big Comic Spirits, that spread was in her last post but not the video.
