Risa Watanabe: Her fantabulous 44th post....

 

 Nothing wrong with her pics from the past year as all look mighty terrific to me but we could use a few sultry ones for her and actually other Keya members too. Was going to start off by moaning about how few posts Risa has been having and how I miss posting about her so much. But can't say that as to my surprise this is her sixth post since December 12th and she's now eligible for the yearly fave's list. Last year she had eight posts so while fourteen posts in eighteen months is a decent amount she had thirty in 2018-19 and these newer posts are so much harder to do.

 Still blame Keya's management for that, have complained enough in older posts so won't harp on the subject that much today. But really miss posting about many members and there's only been one group post this year. All fans thought with the name change to Sakura the girls would be making a big comeback but sadly that hasn't been the case. They really can't keep using the virus as an excuse as Hina has been busier than ever, sure Keya's gals can't be too happy with the lack of activities.

 That 44 posts is more than  any other Idol in the last 3+ years, mentioned she's now qualified for the yearly fave's list and should be in the top eight for the fourth consecutive year. But truly wanted Risa to be battling for the top spot, not just for a year but for being my all time #1 as that's how highly I think of her. Odds are high she won't be in the mix for being number one but knows, with a busy next year and perhaps another photobook it could happen. Speaking of books it's getting close to two years since the last Keya one, who wouldn't want to see her have a second one along with some other members?

 Of course I would and so wouldn't so many Keya fans, have a strong feeling their fan base has really shrunk these past few years. I'm not as big of a fan and it's hard to be these days with so few happenings, Hina has now become my top group. As has been the case for seemingly eons no new events and the next one may not be until September when the Autumn/Winter 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show will be held. Keya will be doing a pair of concerts in three weeks, a solo one then a combined concert with Hina who has blown them away in the popularity department. So being no new pics from an event let's go back close to two years and a press conference held on July 2, 2019 to promote a new group AEON credit card. The group still has been doing CM's for the company, at one time also appeared at many events for them but none in well over a year.

 There's 44 new pics for today which kind of surprised me, also some oldies such as the above. These are also older pics but hadn't been posted before which are promo ones for the 'KeyaKise' app game but we do need some newer cards.

 Risa's popularity here has really waned, in 2019 she was the #1 most popular gal according to you viewers but tumbled all the way down to 17th last year. But Risa did have the eighth most popular post for the first half of the year so still has some fans. These are my top set of new pics for today, especially the top one and these are all from the Non-no site.

 Final batch of pics is from Non-no's August issue, some are the same as the above but those are 'clean versions'. The biggest drop in Keya activities has been their appearances in magazines, seemed Risa was the cover girl of a mag every other month but that's only happened once in 2021 and also for my other fave members. Not subbed but after the pics have a short Risa interview from Keya's documentary movie that came out last September, haven't been any other videos for a while.
