Marie Iitoyo: Will not relinquish her #1 ranking without an all out battle!!!!
Would have to say she's winning the battle as her rivals seem to have gone back to their bases to regroup! In a way so didn't Marie as this is just her third post since the beginning of June but when I want to do a post for her nothing will stop me! Towards the end of August will do the one and only preliminary list for this year's top twenty faves, last year had three of those lists. Few others have knocked at the door but have to say Marie will probably hold on to the top spot which she's had all year long, seeing as how she was #1 last year it's close to twenty months of her being my number one.
****Often take the final day of a month off which I'll be doing Saturday. But on Sunday will have a special Nao post and haven't done one in a while. If you look at the total page views you'll notice it's about to hit the astronomical figure of 16 million(!) which to me is hard to fathom. A new record for getting the fastest million views will be set once again so will be working on some sort of post.
Plus back in 2019 she was number one for the first half of the year but faded to fourth by the time the list was done. So guess I would have to say Marie is also the current leader for when my second 'All Time Top Twenty Faves' list will be done, would do that next April and May. Can't have those lists too often, the other was in 2018 so almost four years should be a long enough gap. Would like to see some of my long time faves become a bit busier, so many from that first list have done so little in the last three years and would hate to see many drop off the next list.
Marie is probably the only person I do posts for even though she may not have any new mag spreads or event pics and those can add up to be quite a few pics for a post. But as I said in the beginning when I want to have a post for Marie nothing will stop me and do have a fair amount of new modeling pics. Also some for her drama "Hinekure Onna no Bocchimeshi" which ran two months ago on a cable network but is being re-aired by TV-Tokyo. Had hoped it may be subbed but have a feeling it's not going to happen though it's been easy enough to follow. It's an eight episode series and did have screenshots for the first four shows, plenty more here for the fifth. Marie plays the main character of Tsugumi who works a dead end job at a convenience store who often gets picked on by the customers and is so introverted with no friends.
But Tsugumi does have one thing to look forward to and that's of a new post at a man's site. This man's user name is White Horse who visits out of the way restaurants and Tsugumi will always check them out and always by herself. White Horse is an office worker in his thirties and the pair have never met but with there being just three shows to go sure it'll happen. Same old tale for Tsugumi in this episode as she visited an out of the way eatery and to date still hasn't talked with anyone else but does talk nonstop in her brain which is why I wish there were subs. But it could still happen and this was the first episode where it appeared Tsugumi was a bit sad about always being by herself.
September 4th is when the Autumn 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show will be held and how I hope Marie is there as we haven't seen her sparkle at an event for almost four months. She should be there as she's probably attended twenty of them the last five years. But there's no 'Girls Award' shows this year which is a shame as I like the way the models look at them more than the TGC shows. So let's go back in time for one of their shows which took place on September 16, 2018 and she took two catwalk strolls.
Marie has been a model for the More magazine for many years but won't have any of their pics today and save them for her next post. But do have some ultra tremendous new modeling pics from PLST and their Autumn collection.... how about that top pic, whewwww!!!!
We've hit the end and knew it wasn't going to be a massive post but her small(?) fan base should be content with these superb new pics. And it's hard to top Marie's pics from the Oggi site and to me they're usually better than any mag spread. After the pics is a new video yet it was taped four months ago but wasn't published until last week. Back in March Marie attended a pair of events to promote the 'Tom and Jerry' anime film, she dubbed the voice of Dove DJ. The DVD is about to come out so she recorded this promo message for it well in advance!
