Mio Imada: A little bit of this and that....

 

 There's been quite a few actresses or models these last two years between the ages of 21-24 who have 'retired' from doing gravure spreads or books. But have noticed so many 'unretire' as doing gravure pics are what made them a bit popular but there's a small handful of my faves who will never return to having those types of pics. The most prominent name is Mio who had so many breathtaking pics from mid 2017 until January 2020. That's when she released her final photobook "Last Shot" as she was waving goodbye to doing scantly clad pics and she's kept her word on that. There were some digital books after January 2020 that came out but all were outtake pics from her 2018/19 photo shoots. Will admit I do miss Mio pics like these above ones but they're not the main reason she's become a huge fave of mine and she's become so popular she doesn't need to ever do gravure pics again.

 However viewers may not share the same opinion as me as far as pics go. Every one of Mio's regular or digital photobooks has hit the top ten for most views in a month, meanwhile not one of these kinds of posts has ever done that!!!! That's kind of odd but then again so many of my bigger faves also don't have posts that ever hit that top ten section. Yesterday did the one and only preliminary list for this year's top twenty and Mio is currently in the eighth position. Last year she was twelfth, in 2019 ninth and she should make the list every year. But did mention how she'll probably never top the gals that were in front of her and just can't put my finger on why. 

 Mio looks so super duper in every pic though as mentioned do miss seeing ones like those above. Let's get to things and for some reason she does so much modeling for Kimonos. Not sure if this small set are brand new pics but they were new at the Hakama Kimono site.

 Maybe one reason Mio may never make a run to be #1 for a year is that I haven't viewed her in all that many dramas or films. She's done a very solid job in the things I've seen her in but way too many dramas haven't seemed all that good to me and she still hasn't had a lead role yet. She's currently in the Asadora "Okaeri Mone" but at 120 episodes won't be checking that out. Those are all good shows but are just way too long and don't think I've ever finished one of them.  Mio used to attend so many kinds of events but like everyone else this year they've really dwindled, only a film premiere the last few months. So hope that means we'll be seeing her at the 2021 Autumn/Winter 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show that takes place on September 4th. These pics are from their 2018 A/W show that happened on September 1, 2018 and though a very popular model Mio hasn't appeared at too many of these huge fashion shows over the years.

 Mio is probably Uniqlo's main model and usually have superb pics from them. In July they had a special calendar featuring her for thirty days, have posted two large batches of those pics already but have many more for today and will have one final set in her next post.

 We've hit the end, lot of pics though not many new activities. This final set of pics features Mio as the cover girl for the September issue of Sweet. Lack of new videos which is rare for her so will go back to May and a CM for Fasio which is after the pics.
