Nao Kanzaki: Thanks for.... 16 Million Views(yay!) and a new record was set....

 

 After writing up four other posts tonight will make this a quickie.... actually the main reason is that it seems some faves want to celebrate another new record!!!! Will make this a low key post but had to thank everyone for your continued support and can't believe it's now been ten years doing this blog. Had no goals or timeline when this began and still don't have a clue how long I'll be doing this. Doubt if I'll be around for another ten years but don't think about those things and just keep trudging on, even if I only had one cent per view I'd be a rich man!

 But sixteen million to me was a figure that I never imagined and it's all thanks to everyone who keeps visiting here. When I mention record it's how many days it takes to get a million views, it's gotten lower and lower as the records have gone, in days, from 180 to 152 to 134 to 131 to 125 and finally last December the record was smashed as it took only 111 days to get a million views. In April made it to fifteen million but it took 118 days but I was so impressed with that as February was my slowest month ever for posts and to miss by only one week was an achievement. On July 30th reached sixteen million and that span of days this time was a new record of only 106 days to get those million views! So thanks once again and it's because of all of these views that my enthusiasm has remained at a high level.

 Better hurry with this post, only ordered five kegs and that trio of Nogi gals can certainly pound down the lagers!!!! Don't expect anything different in the future though do have some new introductions done just a few posts below this one. Will probably be cutting back a tad on drama recaps, not watching series but doing posts for them. Have watched two Korean shows recently but not going to recap them and am about to start another one this week. But there still may be a lot of Japanese drama recaps coming up, save for one show have been on a nice roll with my watches and they don't last forever. So that sixteen million was hit on July 30th and was a bit late to grab the occasion. As mentioned it took 106 days and really thought there was no way a new record would ever be set again. Even though there hasn't been as many posts as recent years they're much larger and the quality has also risen, maybe not compared to the last few years but from the period 2011-16.

 Noticed viewers like stats and list posts, couple stats above. As you can see was late checking for when 16 million was hit which has been the case for every million save for one time. You can also see how the views have risen dramatically, it took close to three years to hit one million and in the last year have had over three million views! As usual most views come from Japan and other southeast Asian countries, do I attract the English speakers there? 

 No lists for today as there were three done in late June plus in three weeks will have the first preliminary list for this year's top twenty faves. But will end off with two odd batches of pics which feature Idols. I've noticed over the years and bet you viewers have too is how Idols love to pose on their sides, there's an obvious and huge reason for that! So what I'll have are two batches of pics for everyone to enjoy and to ask yourself 'Do I prefer Idols or gravure models posing on their right or left sides?!' Another Nao question is can you guess who everyone is and which is your fave pic of them all, first set is of posing on the right side.... but there is no wrong side! 😍

 Some don't need the (big)advantage that posing on a side gives them! Thought there would be more righties and didn't check any pics prior to this so it was just an observation.... a wrong one though as it seems more Idols prefer being on their left side, either way looks tremendous to me. Didn't need to include any gravure models so here's the second batch, would have to say my top two of the 26 are above which are the first and last pics and what are your faves? Hmmmm, on a triple viewing it's hard to top the fifth and eighth pics below....
