Nanase Nishino: Just one more post to go until....

 

 .... that unheard mark of 400 posts will be reached, wonder if I'll be around long enough for another hundred? Nogi could sure use Nanase and a few other first generation members to return which will never happen but the group really has fallen off with so many popular members graduating. Another scandal has come out with a member but won't be talking about it as I tend to shy away from discussing tabloid stories but the latest one is 100% true. It's the sales of singles where the members have been missed, Nogi's 28th came out yesterday. In two days it's sold 465,000 copies which of course is a high number but not compared to the semi olden days. Wasn't too long ago when sales were over 800,000 in week one, this latest single may only sell 550 K in it's first week. Don't do group posts these days so decided this would be the best place for that bit of news.

 As mentioned just one more post for Nanase to hit that magical mark of 400, no woman will ever top her amount of posts. But it's kind of odd that she may not finish in the top five when I do the second 'All Time Top Twenty Faves' list though it's certainly possible. In 2018 Nanase was my #1 by a large margin, this year have made past winners eligible but currently have no idea where she may end up, really anywhere from fourth to tenth. This has been one busy year for her but hope she doesn't get burnt out. Nanase is a co-host of the 'Gout Temps' women's talk show that airs Wednesday nights, she took yesterday off as she needed the rest.

 Yesterday was talking about how I needed to start making these posts a bit smaller so there could be more of them. Have about fifty pics for today which is a good enough size and the slowdown in Japan still continues for activities. Nanase will have the lead role in her third drama of 2021, title of the series is "Kotodamasou" which begins on October 9th. Looks to be her best drama to date and hope to have a post for her and the drama right around that start date.

 For a long time after Nanase's February 2019 graduation from Nogi used to include a lot of older group cards that had never been posted. But after a while there got to be so many new pics didn't need to have them any more. But do have a fine batch of cards today that hadn't been posted, these are from 2018 and the group's 'Always With You' series.

 Sure we'll be seeing some interview pics for the upcoming drama. Interview pics are what these are and they're from the Model Press site. Nanase was discussing her two August films and did say in this interview that she may need an upcoming break but that won't be possible for a while. Here's the link to the interview: MP interview

 Nanase has been a Non-no model for seven years but her pics at their site have really slowed down. None for today but do have this mini spread from their November issue.

 Am holding back one spread for that next post. To end things off with Nanase is now a model for the Tod's clothing line and we should be seeing many more pics in the future.
