Nogizaka46: The großartig 'Erika Ikuta post' #16....

 

 With about sixty new superb pics this should be a decent post for any fan though of course none of the pics will be sweltering like some at the top. You only see gravure pics from any '46' group members when they have a photobook, that way it will help sales which has always worked. But non-gravure pics look mighty fine to me and it's hard to top that first one. January will mark the third anniversary of when the "Intermission" PB was released, it's got some staying power as it's once again made an appearance on the 'top ten most viewed posts for a month' section. At 340,000 copies sold it's the third best selling book of all time and the post for it is the seventh most popular ever here, considering there's been 7,000 posts it's quite an achievement.

 Hmmmm, no comment to the one above though wish those hands were mine!!!! This is a true 'spur of the moment post' as two hours ago had no intentions of doing this or had plans for one sometime down the road. But noticed the newish pics were accumulating so thought who deserves a post more than her?! Erika has been in over 200 posts but this is only her sixteenth solo one which kind of disappoints me. That's because I like Erika immensely and if she had forty or so solo posts could almost see her being my all time #1 Nogi member. No Idol has been busier than her since 2015 but it's kind of impossible to do posts for stage plays and her playing music on TV. Know all fans would love to have seen more posts too as her previous fifteen have the highest average of views of anyone I've posted about but sadly there was just no way to have had more posts.

 Once again Blogger has been messing around with how we create posts, hope this comes out readable. Glad one prediction of mine was wrong as I truly thought Erika would have graduated by now. Of course that hasn't happened but now there's only five first generation members left so the day will be coming soon enough for her and the others. Her last solo post was five months ago, with Nogi's next single coming out in nine days am crossing my fingers there can be another post in October. Erika has won many awards for her stage acting but has only appeared in one play this year and obviously the health situation in Japan is the main reason. But she did appear in the 'Kakegurui Twin" drama this year but torn on whether to recap the series. There were eight episodes and have viewed the first three. The show ended in April but the subs weren't completed until two weeks ago so kind of lost interest after a while. Will finish the drama but odds are it won't be a series I'll be posting about.

 Let's get on to the new pics and happenings, there's no group posts these days so need to have longer info to update any current news. Actually this first small batch isn't of a new event but one that's a tad odd. On September 4th the Autumn/Winter 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show was held, of course Erika wasn't there but the amazing fact is she's never appeared at one of their shows! That's hard to believe and that had to be her decision as she's such a popular member. She has appeared at two 'Girls Award' shows, one in 2013 and the other exactly five years ago for their Autumn/Winter show.

 Erika in a kimono looks mighty dandy to me, these are new from the Furisode site but think some of the pics they say are new are from last Summer.

 In 2020 there was a huge slowdown for Nogi group cards but that hasn't been the case this year. Seems as though there's more new ones than ever and to me it appears Erika has more than any other member. Have 32 of them for today but could have had twice as many, hopefully then there will be a post in October for her then. This first set of sixteen are for the 'Always With You' collection.

 Second terrific set of cards are promo ones for the 'NogiKoi' app game.

 Will try to have another post or two this year for the second generation members but for the most part am through with Nogi group posts. There won't be many but sure there may be a few spreads or such which will never be in a post. Luckily this group spread from the August edition of Brody had solo spreads and we need so many more featuring Erika who will be turning 25 in January.
