Rika Izumi: Happy.... 33rd Birthday!!!!

 

 Usually a 'birthday post' is a regular one but try to hold things back to make it a huge post. Never have to hold anything back for her as there's 64 new pics for today plus a few oldies, overall the total may approach a hundred pics! I've noticed something major about Rika that has set her apart from every other woman I post about, save for one, who is over the age of 28. That's of the way she transitioned from being a semi gravure model into a woman who does regular modeling. Rika only did gravure pics for a two year stretch starting in mid 2016. The next two years she had one of the best photobooks of all time, did many gravure spreads plus was a lingerie model for one company and some sites.

 For the past three years the scantly clad pics are few and far between which is fine by me as it's hard to top the first pic of the post. So while her regular modeling pics are so classy and to an extent alluring can't say the same for other faves of mine. Their modeling pics are often so drab and why such a drastic change in their kinds of pics? Don't expect to see swimsuit photos on a regular basis but why do they need to model the kinds of clothes better suited for women in their fifties? Don't know if all that makes sense but it's something I've been noticing a bit over the years as too many (ex) faves have brought being conservative to a way too high level, sure many others have noticed that too.

 So many could take some lessons from Rika on how to be a tad conservative yet so alluring at the same time. For months it was a two women race to be this year's #1 on the fave's list, however a third contender for the crown rose up a few weeks ago. She was fifth on the preliminary list so she didn't come out of nowhere but as of now think she's moved into the top spot. Hmmmm, will it be another year of being a bridesmaid for my possible all time #1 woman? In the previous four years Rika's positions have been third, fourth, sixth and fifth for an average of 4.5 which is quite impressive and will never be topped. This year she'll finish no lower than third but kind of hope she'll retake the number one spot for at 33 years old how many more chances will she have?

 The one advantage at being slightly older on the fave's list is that I tend to give the nod to the older woman if a pair are tied for a position. The biggest example of that took place in 2019 as it was almost a tie for the top spot so gave it to the older woman who really deserved being number one.

 Those are older Rika birthday pics and she seldom posts any at her IG page nor does she have a Blog. This is her 70th post in a little over four years so there hasn't been many activities that have been missed. But on occasion I do find something and here's one that had been overlooked.  No recent events but she did appear at one in August. So let's go back in time to November 24, 2019 where Rika was named the 'Nail Queen' of the year by the Japanese Nails Association.

 Have always said that Rika looks so classy and amazing at events, shame there's been so few the past two years and we know the main reason for that. Just one mag spread for today which is from the November issue of Maquia.

 That being the only recent spread so let's go back in time again to March 30, 2020. She graced the cover of Big Comic Spirits and many pics were outtakes from her second PB "Madeira".

 Back in 2019 my number one fave of the year set a record for being the oldest to top the list as she was 33 years old and one month. If Rika can end on a surge she'll be #1 for this year and would set a new record as her age would be 33 and three months. Have some new pics from the Oggi site, not as many as usual but have plenty of other new modeling pics coming up.

 Have noticed the past few years Rika tends to do more modeling for Autumn collections versus any other season. As I was saying in the intro her modeling pics are so superior to anyone else's and have two large sets for today, will hold back a few pics for her next post. Did just say she does more pics Autumn collections but this first terrific set is from the Snidel Winter collection.

 This year Rika set a personal record for posts as this is her 24th but half were recaps for her "Takane no Hana-san" drama which was her first lead role. She was in a drama that began in August titled "Mikkoku wa Utau" but it was on a cable network so haven't been able to find any of the episodes yet. Will end off with some scorching pics and is it any wonder why Rika may be my number one woman of all time?!
