Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Miyuki Watanabe.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Kisumi Amau: Her second intro post.... "A...?" photobook

Oooops, made a  mistake the other day saying just seven newbies were introduced last year. The total was actually eight as I thought her first intro post was done this month but December 23rd was the date. That first post for Kisumi has been much more popular than I thought and hopefully her future ones will be too as there should be 3-4 more on the way. This second post was originally going to have mag spreads and some other things for Kisumi as I do have a lot of spreads but just had a feeling most would rather view this photobook. It's a superb book but kind of an odd one, there's more conservative pics than you would have thought but they're all terrific. So then it goes to the other extreme as in so many other pics Kisumi leaves very little to the imagination!!!!

That first intro post for Kisumi had a mini photobook but also a few mag spreads as it only had a little over forty pics. This book has 77 pics which is kind of on the smaller side and small isn't a word you can use too often referring to Kisumi! So will have her first regular post in about two weeks with many mag spreads and other goodies. This book was released on April 21, 2020 and it's surprisingly her only official photobook to date, she may look young but Kisumi turned 25 back in August. You wouldn't think so but her main job over the years has been as a J-Popper, her current group is #2i2 and will talk about that career in her next post. On to the book and the photo shoot took place in Okinawa, hard to notice but Kisumi is a very cute gal. Shame there's no video of the photo shoot but here's a short promo one from an event held two months after the book was released: Photobook promo video
