Was planning on doing this post but not until tomorrow, had another which I thought was all set to go but sadly that didn't pan out. Guess that's okay as in a way would rather do this post for such an all time fave yet this is her first one since December 2nd, that's a period of 111 days and a gap like that has never happened before. Back on September 9th Yui went on hiatus from Keya(Sakura) and I had a strong feeling she may graduate which didn't happen as she returned to the group on December 9th. But for a long time I wondered why did Yui return as for over thee months she did so little but then again hasn't that been the case for too many Keya members? Yes it has been but this last month has been much busier, just forty new pics but all are since mid February so hope that means there's an avalanche of things on the horizon.
Said in a post yesterday I could consider Yui to be my second fave Idol from the past two or so years. Think that just may be a true statement, have always mentioned how she's the most likable woman I post about and up until that hiatus she had averaged almost a post a month for over two years. So it is kind of odd how she's just finished tenth and eleventh on the last two yearly fave's list but that doesn't always give an accurate overview on who my largest faves have been for two or more years. Though I hope this is the start of many posts for Yui just don't think that'll be the case but with Keya's next single coming out in two weeks should be some group posts coming up.
Little over two weeks ago did a list on who the most popular women have been here since January 2019 and figured that out by how many views their posts received. Was very shocked that Yui finished in the 12th position and that's because her posts are usually so consistent. They usually get 600-700 views a post but she had a couple very popular ones that increased that average to 925 views per post but don't think she would make the next list, I'm more concerned on whether she can qualify for this year's faves list. In her last post had many 2021 group cards that had never been posted, the top three are the last ones from 2021 and after that are some from 2020 which hadn't been seen here before.
Because Yui was on hiatus she didn't have any promo pics for the 'Uni's on Air' web game from November to February but have four brand new ones for Easter.
Yui has been a model for the With magazine for almost three years but she took a break from them too. But she's back in full force as these are all brand new pics from them. In May the magazine will no longer be putting out a regular mag and will be an online site only, that's sadly becoming too common lately for so many mags.
Those bottom pics are from a newish With video that came out a month ago, above is the link to it and it's worth a view. Been moaning for a while how there's been such a lack of Keya magazine spreads the last year. All groups have less of them compared to years ago but no group has seen such a decrease in them like Keya has. So will go back about two years for this fine Yui spread from the January 2020 issue of Entame. With her is Keya's assistant captain Rina and she's someone I like quite a bit too, as a matter of fact I still prefer Keya members to the other two '46' groups. So will be working on having a Keya group post for next week where you'll see more of her too.
We've hit the end, as mentioned this was not going to be a huge post but it feels so good to finally have one for Yui. On Monday which was the 21st the Spring 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show was held at the Yoyogi National Stadium Gymnasium, once again no fans were allowed and it had to be streamed live. Only a 35 second solo stroll for her and that's because so many more are in attendance due to the decrease in shows from about seven to two. Yui took her stroll on the Junky Mood stage and as you can see along with three other members did a bit of promoting for the group's new AEON credit card. Following the pics is a very short video from the show.
