Marie Iitoyo: A (way too) little bit of this and that

I think this is a terrific way to start off a month with two of my bigger faves and actually in the case for this post it's my #1 of all time. However viewers may be rolling their eyes slightly as the pair are certainly not among the most popular women I post about, actually two of the lowest. The pair have another thing in common which is that they're both in the third season of 'Kimi to Sekai' whose final episode airs this weekend. The subber for the first two seasons said they would be doing this one too but that was five weeks ago and no word has been heard since. In a way the subs not being done yet aren't a bad thing to me. So much takes place in that drama so it's better to view many episodes in a row instead of waiting a week for the next show to be done, not positive but think the second season wasn't subbed until all the episodes had aired.

But think it's a bit harder to call Marie extremely unpopular these days though to others that's certainly the case. In 2020 her posts had an average of 410 views per post which ranked her 23rd out of the 28 women who had six or more posts. In 2021 she moved up one spot to 22nd and there were still 28 gals who had six or more posts for the year. However that average really zoomed up as it was 535 views per post which was a 30% increase and that may have been the highest of the year. All posts get more views than they did years ago but perhaps Marie has finally acquired some new fans and it figures then that I haven't been able to do more posts for her!

Though it's April 1st this is no joke when I say that Marie still hasn't qualified for this year's faves list though she just needs one more post. While five posts in four months would be a huge amount for anyone else it isn't for Marie as from 2019-21 she had 71 posts(!) or two a month, that pace will never be topped. It's not a case of her not being busy but most of of what she's been doing is filming dramas, big decrease this year compared to others for things like events, mag spreads, modeling pics, etc. But least we have a long way to go in 2022 though don't think she'll be able to defend her title of being my #1 fave for the last two years but hope she makes me eat my words!!!! On the bright side of things my cloning project has been going well, now have a Marie for every day in April....

Marie is also in the first season of the "Hiru" drama, the second will air right after the season one. But she didn't make an appearance in the first three shows though she's listed as one of the main stars, perhaps we won't see her until season two? Not all that many new things for today but enough for a post and least many of the pics are ultra fabulous. She has another new CM for KDDI which you can view here: KDDI CM

Marie also will have the lead female voice in an anime movie coming out this Summer, more info on that in future posts. She's been a model for the More magazine since at least 2019, some recent pics from their site.

Spring is now here so that may mean many more modeling pics will be coming out soon for Spring collections. This set here is from the May issue of More and you can see what product she's pushing.

Marie always makes an appearance at those huge 'Tokyo Girls Collection' shows, bet she's now been at twenty of them. Their last one was held on March 21st at the empty Yoyogi National Gymnasium Stadium but it was steamed live, she took her stroll on the Rosebud stage.

We've hit the end way too soon but this last batch of pics are overly stupendous. On March 28th Marie celebrated her third anniversary as an exclusive model for the Oggi magazine and these are all new from their site. All of the pics are truly perfect but especially those top two, following this set is a video from that TGC show and Marie's stroll as just way too short. But that was the case for everyone for at one time there used to be seven shows a year but since 2020 there's only been two annual ones.
