Keyakizaka46: Their delightful tenth group post of the year....

Seems I've done so many more posts for Keya this year so can't understand how this is only their tenth group post. It's impossible to have a list for my fave pics of a year as there's just way too many of them to somehow rank. But that top pic would definitely make my top five of the year and it's nice to see an Idol look as she really is and not overly 'enhanced'. Of course that's Rena and while I have many promo pics for her upcoming photobook there hasn't been much else but hopefully can have two posts for her next month. If you've read Hina's or Yui's recent posts you know that Keya had to bow out of their yearly 'W-Keyaki Fes' as five members had caught the virus. Two days after that announcement six more members caught it which meant eleven out of twenty had the virus and how will that affect their upcoming activities?

Ask that because eight days from now their first album under their new name of Sakura will be released. So by not being able to perform at the festival they couldn't play any of the new songs and did they have to cancel many music show appearances too? That's a bad break for the group but hopefully enough members will be recovered enough to promote the album, these are some of the covers.

There's going to be four versions of the album and the track lists were finally revealed. Don't think I'm 100% accurate but between all of the versions there appears to be about ten new songs and there's also some DVD's with the special versions so I'm looking forward to it. For the album the group has yet another new uniform which are these and the pics are with the album or the deluxe version.

Will have the other members in the next group post and wonder if there was/is an event scheduled on August 3rd when the album will be released? The theme for this year could be 'Lack of magazine spreads' and that continues on as there's just one mini one for today. Didn't know Rei was a hoops fan but she has this four page spread in the September issue of Monthly Basketball.

Not many recent modeling pics either save for these of Hikaru from the ar site though did have many in Yui's last fabulous post.

Do have a whole slew of new promo pics for the 'Uni's on Air' web game and will have many more in their next post. First off is Rei once again and all of the pics will be for July but the second four pics are ones that I had missed from April when she celebrated her 22nd birthday.

Hope you're not tired of these game pics as I think they're superb. Up next is this trio who are Hikaru, Rina and Fuyuka.

We all really like Keya's captain Yuuka but it's been so difficult having pics for her this year and don't think Yuuka's had a solo post since last November. Have even more pics for the 'Uni's on Air' game along with eight group cards from earlier this year.

Try to include as many members as possible in these posts and how about  more 2022 Keya cards which are for Marino, the only member ever to come from the prefecture of Mie!

In the last group post didn't have a mini recap for their 'Soko' variety show as I didn't know when the next post would be done. But do know the next one will be within the next ten days so will end off with this mini recap which is part one of a challenge, part two will be in next week's post. This is episode #87 that aired on June 26th and that was ten days after Aoi had graduated from Keya. Her grad concert was supposed to be held at the 'W-Keyaki Fes' so don't know if that'll still happen. With Keya she was considered to be the ace of trivia and many other subjects that would be on quiz shows. So her 'replacement' is needed and the challenge is to find who is Keya's best at quiz shows! However the group was split into three teams which makes it much more difficult to determine who the top member is, the three are Team Takemoto, Team Ozono and Team Inoue.

My money would be on Team Ozono as even though there's one less member to me those six are among the brightest in Keya. So what took place was at first there five questions/pictures shown to a team and all of the members had to guess correctly to get the full amount of points which only happened twice in fifteen questions. Will admit though some of them were a bit tough but then again almost all were for how things were in Japan such as stop lights which Yui flubbed(!) and certain foods. The screenshots go in the exact order of the action so if you view them from A to Z you'll see what took place and it may be better than me talking about it! In the last screenshot on the right are the scores after this first challenge which will be completed in the next show. Team Ozono has only a one point lead and as you can see it is possible to have a negative score.
