Think that title is right on the money! For many months said this year's faves list may be the toughest one ever as there were no front runners to be number one. Many have had solid years and for a long time seemed as though about seven had a chance to be #1. But about a month ago Nene finally emerged as the front runner and since then has been pulling away from the pack, still three months to go until number one is revealed but I'd be a bit surprised if someone could over take her.
Nene's first post wasn't done until December 2020 but think she's up to thirty now? In my eyes she's been the top woman who has been introduced the past four years and though she's only had posts for 21 months she still finished 17th on my all time faves list. This is a different kind of post for her and because of that it could be one her best, lot of variety today. Most
Nene posts have had mainly gravure pics and there's zero wrong with that as who can top her!!!! But even though there's close to sixty new pics only five are gravure ones and I'm glad there's a little bit of a change for this post, kind of bolds well for the future.
Those two right above were outtake pics from
Nene's first regular photobook that was released on July 15th which happened to be her 24th birthday. So it's been exactly two months since it came out and while I've had the book for a while still not sure when I'll post the entire thing. Do like to wait about three months before posting books so it'll probably be done some time in October. Have a few pics here from it which hadn't been posted before, when the entire photobook post is done it'll cement
Nene as this year's #1 fave as it's the top book for 2022!
This marks
Nene's 20th post of the year, the old record for a gravure model was fifteen so she's really blown by that. But don't think she'll be able to reach 26 which is the overall record, she just has until November 30th to reach that mark. Here's some brand new pics from her IG page.
Think three out of the last four posts of
Nene's have been for digital books, while all were tremendous prefer doing ones like this much more. No new spreads for today but she will be the cover girl for the October issue of
Bomb, some pics from it's site and should have the spread in her next post.
Have just seen
Nene in one drama which was "Girl Gun Lady" from last year, her role wasn't all that large. But she's now in her second series, it won't be a huge role but larger than that other series. The show is "Kamen Rider Geats" that began on September 4th, those shows are fun to watch but it's been a while since I've seen one. She plays the character of
Sara Sakurai who is an OL and is the older sister of Keiwa who is about to become a new Kamen Rider. Think I'll be doing some recaps for the show and hopefully will have the first pair this weekend but don't plan on doing the entire series. Episodes are only 23 minutes in length but so much takes place and those recaps can take a while to write up, these are some screenshots from the first episode.
One thing we've never seen enough of is
Nene at events, think to date she had only appeared at one. Make that two now for on September 10th she was the Emcee at the
Modern Mahjong Swimsuit Festival(!)and while a lot of good looking models were there none can top her!!!!
The next day
Nene was at part two of the festival which is where these pics are from. There will be two more shows this weekend but unsure if she'll be the Emcee for them though have a feeling she will. Shame there's no videos from the events which is odd considering it was for swimsuits! Instead of having any videos will have the link to her YT channel which I don't think has been posted before, she does have a lot of new videos there:
