Yui Oguri: Her shimmering sixth post!

Began off the month with posts for a pair of actresses, there's been no posts since then for an actress plus I think only one or two for a gravure model. So May has definitely been a month for J-Pop Idols both current and graduated ones. Nothing wrong with that as the posts have all been superb but as said a few times before do tend to prefer the older Idols from the 2010s. Hmmmm, actually my fave Idols these days are almost as good as they were years ago but there doesn't seem to be as many of them. But Yui is an exception and she's a gal who I really do like quite a bit. She's already up to six posts and has now qualified for this year's faves list. Yui's posts have drawn a good amount of views but quite surprised her first intro post done in February for her photobook hasn't been more popular.

Was going to do this post two weeks ago but didn't think there were enough new pics so waited a bit. That didn't turn out so well as there's only been a few new things in those two weeks so it's not a huge post but least I was able to do one for today. Yui was part of AKB's Team 8 but there was some reshuffling done and they're no longer around. The members were transferred to the four other teams, Yui is on Team B now. Team 8 did have a pair of farewell concerts the last two days of April and some photos from them.

Yui does post many pics at her IG page but not on a consistent basis. One day she'll post five of them and then zero for the next 2-3 days but do have to say her photos get an A+ from me. These are a few of them she's had since mid-April and Hina fans should know who is in the top pic.

Undecided whether to do recaps for the 2018 AKB drama "Majimuri Gakuen" drama, it's been five years and is that too long of a gap? It is a decent series and action packed, Yui has the lead role in the series playing Lily, did just view the second episode and some screenshots from it.

Yui never appears at the 'Tokyo Girls Collection' shows but she does appear at almost every one held by 'Girls Award'. Their Spring show was held May 4th at the Yoyogi National Stadium Gymnasium in Tokyo, some superb pics from it and she took her stroll on the F.I.N.T. stage.

After the show Yui did an interview with the CM Now site. These pics are from it and also have the link to the site which features a short promo video: CM Now interview

Just one newish and very small magazine spread for today which is from the May issue of EX-Taishu, Yui is a model for two sites but it's been a while since she's had any pics from them.

That being the only new spread will end off with an encore viewing of a superb set that was in her last post and Yui was the cover girl for the May issue of Bubka.
