Akari Suda: Sigh, I just can never get tired of her.... the umpteenth encore!!!!
Don't know what the problem is but have I been under the weather the last few days, it even hurts writing up a post. Hope I can make a speedy recovery as there are many posts I would like to do before the month ends, perhaps ten and the final one for July will be beyond scorching! Can use that word for Akari's posts too though many are not in agreement, she's always been so-so popular here but her posts this year have seen such a decrease in views while most others have seen an increase.
Akari has an odd streak going but will end it this month. She had three posts in March, zero in April then three again in May. Then zero for June and now once again has three posts in a month but will make sure she has at least one in August and that shouldn't be a problem. This is also a record for Akari as it makes eleven posts for the year which beats her previous personal record of ten which she had in 2022. As time goes on have been enjoying doing posts for her more and more even though they're not as easy to do as other massive faves. I think Akari has an excellent chance at being in the top five for this year's faves list and that would be her third time in the top seven and if this pace can keep up for a while could she have a chance at being my #1 of all time when the next list is one in three years?
Like most other posts for this year have a nice mix of new activities plus older photos that had never bene posted before. Such as this post's only magazine spread that's from the March 2014 issue of GTV, there's a few other ancient ones from Akari you'll be seeing in future posts but I want to see new spreads of her as she looks better than ever!
Also have some oldie cards and the first two are also from GTV, they're from 2012 along with the six after that. The final eight are from 2011 and promo ones for SKE's single "Venus".
Had wanted to do a 'Pairs Post' this month that featured an old SKE mate but let me wait on that a bit as there aren't as many pics of them together as I thought.
Rest of the post will be of recent pics, all are since July 9th when her last one was done. Er, actually this set is from a 2020 interview that had never been posted for the Yomiuri site. Sometimes it's a bit interesting to read an older interview and then see what changed since then and Akari mainly talked about her tenth anniversary of being an SKE member: Yomiuri site
I really like the way Akari looks at events and wish she appeared at more. In the last two weeks she's been at a pair of them and this way too small batch of pics is from a V-Drug event that took place four days ago. They're a drugstore chain in Japan and she was their one day manager for one of their Nagoya stores, she's still based there but does go up to Tokyo a few times a week.
Few more pics of this event that took place on July 11th in Nagoya. Akari was appointed as one of three ambassadors for the city's 'Hands Up Corps' campaign which is about pedestrian safety and I don't even know she has a license, checked but couldn't find any info.
Some of those pics above were from Akari's IG page and as is the norm for her will be ending off with many new pics from her page. Not as many as usual but then again her last post was just done a little over two weeks ago. Few of these pics are from a travel show she currently has aired for Japan Railways and their HC85 line, there is a video of the show after the pics and don't think it was in Akari's last post.
