Risa Watanabe: Another post in the .... '𝑯𝒐𝒑𝒆 𝒔𝒉𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒔𝒏'𝒕 𝒃𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒏 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕' series....

 

 It was exactly a year ago when my second 'Top Twenty Faves of All Time' was about to wrap up as on this day last year had done the third position. Four days later Risa was crowned as my all time Queen and though some did make it a tad close she ran away with that honor. Here we are a year later and though it's been much quieter for her compared to Keya days Risa would still end up being #1 on the list but do wonder if she can retain the crown when the next list is done three years from now, hoping I'm still around then to do it!

 Since January 2018 Risa has had the second most amount of posts and isn't that far from being number one in that category. But this is only her seventh since December 1st which is when the 'Nao Year' begins, bet she averaged at least sixteen posts the previous five years. So will just make this a medium sized post as I would like to see her get three more to reach ten which will be difficult though not impossible. Sadly I think one impressive streak will be ending which is how Risa has done on the yearly faves list. She's never been #1 for a year but for the last five has never finished lower than seventh and unless something very odd happens she won't be in this year's top ten.

 Have some terrific news for Risa's dwindling fan base here which is that she's going to be in her second drama for this year. She had such a small role in her previous one but it appears her part in this new one will be so much larger. "Black Familia: Shindo Family's Revenge" will begin on October 5th and it looks to be such a promising series. The news of this just came out two days ago so don't know much about it yet. She'll be playing the role of Sara Shindo in the series and of course I will recap it if the show gets subbed.

 Few recent pics from her IG page though she never posts many of them. The bottom ones were from her appearance on the August 26th variety show 'Zakiyama's Road Walking Journey' and she has been on a fair amount of variety shows this year, is she drinking real beer though?

 One reason for the lack of IG pics is because Risa opened her second fan club site on August 21st. She says this will be a new and improved one as she didn't keep that first one updated and here's the link to it: Risa's fan club

 When an Idol leaves their group the amount of magazine spreads really decreases and Risa is sadly no exception to that rule. She does appear in Non-no though not every month and think her last regular spread was way back in April. So let's go way back in time, four years to be exact, for this set from the September 10, 2019 issue of Flash and she often was the cover girl for magazines.

 Risa still does appear at most of the huge fashion shows and she was at the September 2nd Autumn 'Tokyo Girls Collection' show that was held at the Saitama Super Arena. She took her stroll on the Sollon stage and while looking fine wish she wouldn't dress as conservatively. There will be another TGC show in October and hope she makes an appearance at that one too.

 There will be a 'Girls Award' show on September 30th but don't know if Risa will be there. To end off have these superb new modeling pics from the Non-no site and wish there were many more of them. Not many recent videos as usual but there is one from that variety show mentioned above and that's after these pics, can't say Risa has any skills at Baseball though the whole video is entertaining.
