Shiho Kato: Her flawless and tantalizing "Aitai" photobook scans

 

 Bet if this post was done 3-4 months ago it would have been in the running for being the most viewed post for 2023! But do have a rule where I wait at least three months before posting a book from a '46' or '48' member, this book was released on June 20th. That first pic above is tough to beat and was I pleasantly shocked with how perfect this book is. That second pic is also a huge fave of mine from the book and to me that's the kind of clothing I bet Shiho wears outside of Hina. Hard to put into words but think that suits her personality to a T and actually at a loss for adjectives for her! Luckily for us it wasn't a graduation book though you do wonder how much longer Shiho and some of her mates will be with Hina. In four months she'll be hitting the age of 26 and while not old it is to an extent for an Idol. Sure the day will be coming soon when the deluge of first generation departures will be starting but think we're fairly safe with Shiho and most other members staying until the Spring.

 Those two above pics were not in the photobook, they were advance ones and thought they were too terrific not to include. This is Shiho's first book and to date no Hina member has had two, bet that will change when they start graduating. Bit of an overdue book for Shiho as she's been around since day one yet four second generation members had a book before this one. But patience has it's virtues(!) as waiting paid off as this could be my #1 photobook of the year! Sales were decent, it spent six weeks in the top ten for sales and the total was 56,200 sold. Hina is on tour so bet they are selling books at the concerts so perhaps it may reach 70,000 copies sold. There's a whopping total of 149 pics in this book and for the photo shoot Shiho traveled to Hawaii. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't this the first Hina book to be shot outside of Japan? This is also Shiho's sixth post fo 2023 so she's qualified for the yearly faves list and she may have another post by the end of the month. Let's get to the photos and as mentioned am at a loss to think of any more words to describe her perfectness....
