Keyakizaka46: Their seventeenth discombobulated post for 2023....
Minami seemed like a good choice to begin off with and that second pic is one of my all time faves from the group. At the beginning of the month Minami went on a hiatus because of health issues, on the 14th she celebrated her 25th birthday but was unable to do a post for her. Twice in the last ten days Minami has made an entry at the 'Diary' group blog, she sounded really down and confused in that first post. For her second she was a bit more upbeat but didn't give many details of what was going on or any kind of ETA for her return. Bet one reason she's been a bit down as most of her first generation comrades have left and sure she's confused on what she herself should do. I've always liked Minami quite a bit and years ago was able to have a fair amount of solo posts for her but there hasn't been one in a while and I truly hope she returns. Speaking of being on hiatus Hikari was from June until a few days ago but has returned after 5 1/2 months. Hate to say it but did anyone really notice she was gone?
The last group post was done eight days ago but there has been a good amount of new pics since then, hoping there will be at least two more of these in the first ten days of December. As most fans know yesterday was Mizuho's farewell concert, there were two which were also for the third anniversary. The shows took place at the ZOZO Marine Stadium in Chiba which can hold 35,000+ fans and have some photos from it. But will wait just a little bit longer to give a more detailed description of the show as I would like to view a video from yesterday's graduation, there is one out but am waiting for a better version. In that last group post had a video of three first generation members bringing Mizuho for a BBQ dinner and to reminisce about old times. Minami wasn't in the video but did make a backstage appearance at yesterday's show. There was another video just uploaded to their YT channel which is a part two of their trip down memory lane for the remaining 1G members, that's after these pics.
In Nogi the members who aren't Senbatsus for singles ae called Undergirls, Senbatsu are the members who appear on the A-side of a single. In Keya they're called Backs and they have a pair of concerts coming up in January. I've viewed two of their concerts and do have to say they're better than the regular group shows as they tend to be so much more entertaining and energetic.
Those graduation concerts were 54 weeks after the pair for ex-captain Yuuka and I've kind of missed posting about her. She's been semi busy since leaving, she co-hosts a TV show about horses plus has her own radio show that began in March. Yuuka also had the lead female role in two stage plays and in January will be appearing in her first non-Keya drama. Always will talk about her if something comes up and these are some recent pics from her IG page.
How about some older group cards form earlier this year? Sure none of these have been posted before and top ten are for Keya's other Yui, the top three are for their latest single. Also with ten cards is Karin and have never posted any for her before as she seems to have fewer than any other member.
"Saku Koi" is a newish dating sim game fo the group that began in July. Have some recent promo pics for the game with the top two being for the 2G members Hono and Rena, we haven't been seeing as much of them recently. Third is Rina U and promise to finally have her second solo post of the year next month. Ending off the quartet is the new third generation member Miu have said before how I wish she was older for she has such an attractive face.
Just one new magazine spread for today which is actually three mini ones from the November issue of EX-Taishu. First off with two pages is Kira, she's one of six(!) members who will be celebrating a birthday in January. With three pages is the pair of Yui and Yuzuki, first time her name has ever been mentioned and rounding out the set is Miu again and she had the largest of the sets.
Will end off with these event pics and it's a rarity these days when you see Keya at one, perhaps outside of fashion shows this us their first of the year(?). On November 22nd six members were at the 'MTV VMAJ 2023' awards show that was held at the Pia MM Arena in Kanagawa. Keya won the award for Best Dance video which was for "Start Over", in 2022 they had won for best group of the year. Have some fine photos from the event though not many solo ones. As a matter of fact there were zero for Hikaru and soon you'll be seeing a terrific solo post for her. Not sure exactly why, perhaps the color(?), but I really like these new uniforms and they could be the best ones to date. After the pics is a video from the event and it's also a rarity when there's one of those.
LOL all those birthdays in January...could it be 'cause Golden Week is roughly nine months before that? 😅☺️
