Miku Tanaka: A trio of blazing magazine spreads and more....

 

 Except for a brief period last Autumn Miku has never slowed down with her activities unlike most J-Pop Idols though now have to use Idol in the past tense. She may have taken that mini break before graduating as she didn't want a gap between leaving HKT and beginning her solo career, wish more Idols did the same thing. This is Miku's third post in seven weeks and there's an outside chance of her having another before the month is up, can see her easily making the top ten on this year's faves list once again which would be three years in a row and that hasn't happened all that often.

 Miku is beginning her solo career off on the right foot as she has the lead female role in the "Cinderella Complex" drama that began on March 1st. It does look to be an odd series, no idea if it will be subbed but if it does think I'll check it out. As far as new pics go let's begin off with some from her IG page, fifth pic is of Miku admiring herself on a mag cover and that honor happens often with her.

 March 9th was the date of Miku's HKT graduation concert though in a way she had left them in December. The concert took place at the Sun Plaza Palace in Fukuoka which is HKT's hometown, it's not a large place as it just holds about 2,400 fans but least that makes the viewing experience much more enjoyable. Haven't seen the show yet as I waiting for a better version of it which was streamed, perhaps there will be a DVD though doubt it. But do have some photos here mainly from the group site and you can see that Miku was joined by many previous graduates, she really did seem to be one of their all time more likable members.

 On to the trio of mag spreads and of course Miku is the cover girl for all of them. Two are brand new but not this first one which I don't recall ever posting, if it was sure most have forgotten about it and this set is from the July 2022 issue of BLT Graph.

 No Idol has been the cover girl ore than Miku that last two or so years, here she is again with that honor for the March 27th issue of Weekly Shonen.

 Last and certainly not least is this terrific set from the March 15th issue of Young Gangan, in an odd twist Miku will also be the cover girl for their next issue. Have said graduating is actually a plus for her as I think HKT held her back in some ways. Such as Miku not having any gravure videos from her photo shoots and in a nice surprise she will be having a DVD come out soon, will have that info in her next post. After the pics is a semi gravure video from the WPB magazine that came out at the end of January but hadn't posted it.
