Nao's top ten Faves for 2024: Position #10, the exceedingly sultry Iori Sagara....

 

 Wasn't going to begin the countdown until later in the day on December 3rd so 2 1/2 days early with this. There are a few reasons for this, one is that I try to wait as long as possible for new activities but doubt if any will be happening which is sadly the case for most others in this year's top ten. The bigger reason is that the post below this one is of all things.... too popular! That seldom happens and I can't believe how many views that post has received in less than a day so wanted a different post on the top, did just moan how there have been so few posts for ex-Nogi gals but this makes it three in ten days. At one time current or ex-Nogi members would have five positions on the yearly faves list, not for 2024 for unless another 2G member takes the ninth spot this will be it for the group this year!

 So because this post is being done a bit early you may not see the ninth position for another three days which is okay by me as the posts this year will be more difficult to create. This is the tenth year of having a fave's list, like the first this will contain just ten women. The other eight years had sixteen or twenty on the list but for those years at least 28 women were eligible, all it takes is six posts to qualify. For 2024 the number who had six posts dropped all the way down to sixteen and sure most viewers know how I've struggled to do posts as there may be almost a hundred less compared to 2023. These posts are the same as any other but just try to save up some things to make them quite large but don't think that worked out for all the positions, such as this one. The goal is to wrap up the countdown by December 22nd but hopefully a day or two before that. Then will do a wrap-up post with my final thoughts and will rank the other gals from eleven to sixteen so they can get partial credit for making the list, some long streaks ended this year. Right after Christmas will also have another pair of lists, one will be for the most popular(viewed) posts for 2024 while the other will be for the most popular women here and that's based upon how many views their posts get. In a way that could be you viewers 'fave's list' and never once have we matched number ones though it just may happen this year!

 Sure most have noticed how I do quite a few posts for gravure models but in a way not really as I bet posts are done for less than 1% of them. I try to look for those who do many other kinds of activities such as regular modeling, acting, appear at events, etc. and on occasion that woman may have been someone who switched careers to become a model which doesn't happen often. But that was the case for Iori who had been a member of Nogi up until six years ago and she was a part of their second generation who remain my top gals from the group. Iori was a Nogi member for four years, after she left for the next four or so years she was a model for many sites and/or clothing lines, she also did some acting and hosted a radio show. So what a shock it was when in May 2023 she had her first gravure spread and that came out of nowhere, in the eighteen months since can't think of anyone who has had more mag spreads or digital books than Iori! Keep hoping this new found popularity would influence a few other ex-Nogi members to become gravure models but sadly don't think it will happen.

 For the second year in a row Iori made the top ten but dropped three positions in 2024, from seventh to tenth. She led everyone this year with posts as she had 23 of them and for a while thought she would easily beat the record of 26 but the posts really slowed down after July. Having the most posts isn't always the best thing and especially for a gravure model, it may sound a bit odd but you can get tired of looking at someone always dressed so scantly. Which is the main reason Iori dropped three spots but making the top ten two years in a row is an accomplishment and in a way am glad her posts slowed down a bit. Do have a lot of photos for today but all in all there hasn't been too many activities lately. Besides modeling Iori's other major activity has been appearing in stage plays and she often has one of the major roles. Her next play opens up on December 20th so she has been rehearsing for it so hoping her next post will be right around that date though the final two weeks of the year are the slowest for magazines, books and events.

 That above photo is my all time #1 of her and it's that rare pic which leaves me speechless!!!! Think a few others may also have grown slightly weary of Iori for though her posts continue to receive a decent amount of views not nearly as many as they once did. Will begin off with some recent pics from her IG page, the top two are posters for the upcoming "7 Seeds" stage play. The third photo was in Iori's last post and did just discover two months ago that the pair are good friends, both made wise career decisions with doing a lot of gravure modeling. Usually there are many pics from photo shoots but not this time around which may mean there aren't many upcoming magazine spreads though I enjoy just viewing her down to earth pics on occasion.

 That bottom pic is from November 26th and on that date Iori celebrated her 27th birthday but that was her only photo from the day and there's so few others from previous years. What is also lacking are older Christmas pics but do have some sharp looking Nogi cards for the holiday and on the bright side none except for one below pic had been posted before.

 When you do 23 posts in a year for a woman it means there really isn't much that was missed and that was the case for Iori. So will just end off with a trio of magazine spreads, two haven't been posted and all are rather large. First for the spreads is this set from the February 16th issue of Young Gangan which had been posted before but that was ten months ago so most may have forgotten about it.

 Up next for Iori is this set from volume 72 of GTV, it came out on May 30th though I didn't get this until October and think there is one mag spread from September which was missed.

 One other tidbit is that I will be having Iori's first photobook soon, she's had over twenty digital books but just one regular one. The title of it is "Floating Dream" which was released on June 27th, after that is when her semi slowdown began and below are a few promo pics for the book.

 Will end off with a brand new spread and Iori is the cover girl for the November 26th issue of Flash. That was the date for her 27th birthday and think it's promoting a new digital book, if so it would be her first since August. Iori has a YT Vlog and used to upload many videos from her magazine photo shoots. However she stopped doing that a few months ago but after the pics do have my top video of her for 2024 which is from ten months ago and was for Young Animal.
