Yui Kobayashi: Who better to have a post for on May 4th?!?!

 

 Two posts ago did say I would begin off with that top photo which is now six years old and that's how long it's been my #1 pic of all time, to this day it still leaves me speechless! It's no major news but am working on a post for another mega fave and thought I would never be able to do another for her. It'll be for Mizuki Fukumura from Morning Musume and long time viewers of this blog know how much I adore her. After graduating she did disappear but has returned with a fabulous new mag spread plus there's two others of her that had never been posted. There's also a few other things so it'll be such a superb post but want to work on it for the next two days and will go the extra mile on posts for my massive faves who seldom have any these days.

 And as far as massive faves go it's hard to top Yui 😍 as only one is currently above her on my all time list and had she been busier the last year those positions would be switched. A year ago Yui was still doing nothing after her February 1st graduation from Keya and she didn't reappear until the end of August so that hiatus lasted almost seven months. However Yui still hasn't returned all the way as she still isn't doing all that much, sure a lot of that is by choice but now it's been fifteen months since leaving Keya and even though she still has fans the amount of them may be slipping away. Haven't I said so often about how ex-Idols should not be taking long breaks, look at some of the ones that have become even more popular after leaving their groups and that's because of them doing so many activities. Gravure modeling is a common activity many ex-Idols do and it has helped the career of so many, wonder if Yui has noticed that also and if she's thought about doing some of that modeling? I have no idea whether she enjoyed dressing so scantly for her two photobooks but have a feeling she may have plus how many(none!) have a better figure than her?!

EDIT: Hmmmm, my number one woman is featured in the next post and think this is the first time they've had posts back to back....

 So even though Yui's activities have slowed waaaayyyy down have still been able to do four posts in the last five months for her. Did say she is my second all time woman and would be first had she been busier so she's someone I always try to do posts for even when there aren't a lot of new things such as this post. At one time Yui was kind of popular here but about two years ago her posts saw such a decrease in views and was it because of no new gravure photos? That could be very possible as it's happened with a few other women but her posts are always so super duper and I actually enjoy doing posts that don't have a lot of scantly clad pics. This post today may have many older pics but because of her posts getting fewer views it means many of you reading this had never seen them before. On a very positive note this is post #99 for Yui and these days it's so rare for anyone to hit that milestone. So when that hundredth post happens will try to make it majestic and hopefully that can be done in June.

 Still haven't found out how the pair above hooked up and her mate is also overdue for a post. There hasn't been too many recent Yui photos but will say she looks better than ever so how come she isn't doing more modeling work? It doesn't have to be gravure modeling and it's always appeared to me that Yui has a very large female fan base because of her fashion sense so don't know why more sites or clothing lines haven't signed her up to be a model? The andGirl site has and the pics for them are among her best ever but there's so few of them. The first three and last pic below are new ones from their site, the others are ones that came out in March and were in her last post.

 For ex-Idols usually include older group cards and often it's for the month we're in. Will do something different here which are cards for Keya's first five singles and wish there were more. What makes these special is that none had been posted before, the singles were released in 2016/17 which seems like an eternity ago! In order the cards are for the "Silent Majority.... Sekai ni wa Ai Shika Nai..... Futari Saison.... Fukyowaon and Kaze ni Fukarete mo" singles.

 While with Keya Yui didn't post a lot of photos at the group 'Diary' blog but to me no Idol had better blog pics. That trend has continued for Yui doesn't post many photos at her IG page and think she may post more at her fan club. The ones below are it from the past five weeks and the top four are from an event held yesterday which I will get to shortly.

 Those bottom two pics were in her last post but are so darn fabulous they deserved to be seen again! It's been a long time since we've seen Yui in a magazine and that's such a shame as from 2018 to 2020 no Keya member had more spreads. Only a few featured gravure pics which were for her first photobook that was released in March 2019 but in a way I prefer pics like the one right above. So there being no new mag spreads will have a trio of oldies, two have been posted before. But not this first set which is from volume 52 of GTV that came out in December 2017, not a solo spread but an old Keya one that is new for here.

 For over five years Yui was a model for the With magazine and her photos for them were better than oki-doki! So weren't her spreads such as this one from their July 2020 edition and how I miss these kinds of photos/spreads....

 What I miss even more is her good mate Risa and have an encore viewing of this magnificent spread from the April 2018 issue of Bubka so it's now over seven years old. What has happened to Risa is such a mystery as she hasn't done one thing for over four months now, it's been three since her last photo was added to her IG page. So I am so baffled and know many of her fans are too, she hasn't retired but why has she stopped doing all activities and except for some 2024 Non-no modeling pics has done nothing else since December 2023 so to say I'm bummed out is such an understatement.....

 It's good to see that Yui is still attending those larger fashion shows, yesterday she was at the Spring 'Girls Award' show that was held at the Yoyogi National Stadium in Tokyo. What's a shame is that there weren't more photos as doesn't Yui 😍 truly look too perfect to describe?!!!! Naturally to me she does and I like how she lightened her hair color a bit, back in 2020 she had reddish hair for a TV drama role and I thought she looked so fantastic with that hair color.

 Will end off with some overly perfect photos of Yui, I can get tired of looking at these!!!! Even though I'd love to see more gravure photos from her if there are none I can live with that as long as she becomes busier and would love to see her regain that crown as being my all time number one woman!!!! Back in July 2023 Keya opened a YT channel for members to upload their own videos, it's come a long way as at first not many videos were uploaded and the ones that were are much shorter than current ones. The third ever video featured Yui and her four first generation mates reporting about the group's third tour after the name change to Sakura. That video is after the pics and what's nice is that it's subtitled in English, what's not so nice is that all of the 1G members are gone....
