Kana Nakada: Her already legendary "Kakitateru" second photobook scans!!!!

 

 Was going to lead off September with this post but her previous one was so popular and even while I'm writing this up it's been the sixth most popular post for the past month. Am penning this on August 30th but don't know what date it'll be published, am hoping that previous post will start to die out but then again why? as it is one terrific post. **** Wrote the first two sentences above and the pair after the next two pics plus added in all of the photos, then took a break as it's now September 6th and didn't want to wait any longer before posting this super duper photobook. About twenty minutes ago was reading more about Kana and as time has gone on her life has become much more interesting which is sort of rare for ex-Idols. As most fans know Kana was a first generation member and the detail which struck me was that it's now two weeks past the fourteenth anniversary of Nogi's forming! Wonder how many J-Pop fans could have foreseen how popular they would have become and the group is entirely different than they were a decade ago. All the members from the first two generations are gone and so aren't many 3G gals, I do miss members such as Kana and if it wasn't for members such as her plus others there's no way Nogi could have become the superstars they became and hope people haven't forgotten about that.

"Suki na Koto Dake wo Shiteitai" photobook scans!

 This is a such a stupendous photobook but in a way I kind of prefer Kana's first one by the slightest of margins. Above is the link to that first book so thought you could open that post and then you could compare the two, would suggest you get the cold water in your shower warmed up(?) first. That first book was released in October 2020 which was a month after Kana graduated from Nogi, she was 26 in age at the time though the photo shoot took place when she was 25. This book was released on May 27th, Kana was thirty in age then and turned 31 on August 6th. Usually I prefer second photobooks so me liking the first one more is a rarity but it's not by a wide margin. Not much more I can add in about Kana who is a long time favorite of mine but while with Nogi never could do many solo posts for her. But this makes it eight for 2025 so she'll be on this year's faves list for the first time, perhaps in the top five! For the photo shoot Kana traveled to Korea, in it's first two weeks out the book sold a little over 4,500 copies. There's a total of 104 photos in this sizzling book and sizzling is an apt description for how Kana looks in these pics! She is the cover girl for a recent magazine so expect a regular post for the first week of October, figure by then this post's popularity will be dying out but then again....
